My friend and I just started hiking. We came into the store yesterday and Tyler helped us find shoes. He was so knowledgeable and brought out several pairs of shoes, ensuring we both got the right fit. Uncle Billy, the owner, was also amazing! He showed us things he carries for hiking safety and got us started with some very helpful tips! I won’t buy hiking shoes anywhere else! Thank you gentleman for a great experience!

Was not looking for outdoor wear this day, but I saw craft beer available and I was in. Great store for outdoor gear and craft beer on tap while you browse. Great concept! Great narrow selection of seasonal gear, staff very knowledgeable and helpful giving direction on gear to match your needs. I chose a craft beer, nice selection at very reasonable price.

Outdoor 76 is a great resource for outdoor gear and fun tshirts. I dropped in two weeks ago for a sun shirt before an outdoor training weekend. Even this last in the summer season there were a handful of options. They even offered to bring down additional sizes from their Franklin location, if needed. They were extremely helpful! Thanks again!!

I've never had better service getting fitted for a hiking shoe. I learned a lot about sizing. Staff was great. The dogs were pretty cute too.

I left my old Altra running shoes at home on accident. I’ve been needing a new pair of running shoes and I bought this mid range Altra trail running shoes. I love them way better than my road Altras. Wanted to thank the gentleman that helped me make my decision. He was a fellow runner and it was fun geeking out about running. Thank you for the shoe recommendation! Love them!

Such a wonderful store with a little craft beer station in the back. Great prices, great atmosphere and incredible staff. We very much enjoyed the local business versus the pushed national stores. I regret not catching the name of whom I was speaking with but he was so kind, and had a wonderful disposition, we will be making it a destination trip every time we are in town. Grab a brew, browse about and relax inside. If you’re in Clayton and don’t stop in, you’re surely missing out!

My husband and I love coming to Outdoor76 every time we come into town. They sell high quality brands like Free Fly, Patagonia, Northface, etc. Dog friendly and the staff is always very helpful. We love this store. Highly recommend stopping in.
