My family bought 2 Grasshopper from them years ago and they still run perfectly. Gage has always been helpful and has showed our family total respect! The whole staff is friendly and super helpful! I wouldnt take my mowers anywhere eles. Over the years the maintenance has been minimal mostly due to my errors. I appreciate you all very much!

Had my mower serviced and tuned up to get it ready for summer. They did a super job with everything that needed fixed. When I get done mowing for the summer my mower is need of help. They do a great job of getting her back in shape. I always know it is done right....

Drive past 8626 Covington Road and view the beautiful new landscaping in front of Emmaus Lutheran Church and School. It is truly a transformation. This place dwells on their expensive name brands. Went in looking for a specific branding of mower. Well we don't or I can't were the most used responses. Paid them a bunch more than necessary for a close out branding after doing a lil research. Could have saved 2K by doing some shopping or by spending same amount gotten a really nice mower. But I will not shop or support their fancy storefront again. Unless you're a ultra high volume commercial service, I suggest you check the big box stores for deals on the name brands you're looking for. If you're looking for a "local service to take care of you" This is NOT the place! Supporting a local business is usually good, but stay out of Bluffton, Berne, Decatur or any midsized local towns, they just want your money.

I purchased my mower from outdoor concepts and for the price it is a decent Mower. The service is however less than desirable but in the past several year I have worked with it. The biggest issue is that I feel the service performed is mediocre. So today I take my mower in to be serviced for the season only to find out that they are three weeks out. That is fine but as I was telling the counter guy at the service desk that I can not wait for three weeks and I would have to take it back home. The counter guy was asking me if I wanted to keep it on the schedule and I replied that in the past you do not schedule service and I have been told it is first come first serve. At this point another employee interrupted our conversation to tell me that they do not take service appointment. My reply was (in a calm voice) I understand. I should maybe find a different company to service the mower I purchased from you. His reply (in a calm voice) was no need to get an attitude. I simply told him (still in a calm voice) its not an attitude just the facts and I'm not going to ague with you. He then replied (still in a calm voice) that that is good. I purchased my mower from them to keep it local and to help my local economy but if this is how I’m treated why wouldn’t I but from the big box store next time. Food for thought. You decide.

Gorgeous business inside and out. They do have a nice selection of yard equipment, stone/mulch, and plants. They have a small fish pond inside that is enjoyable for all ages. They offer service on equipment and have always done great work on anything we've brought in. They offer landscaping services as well. We had them deliver/install 2 trees for us, deliver rock occasionally and we have always had a good experience. They are our go to for all things outdoor related.

This is a great place to purchase a lawn mower. I was recently in the market for a zero turn mower. They have four different lines of quality mowers to choose from. I worked with Scott on the purchase, he spent time showing me a couple different models from each of the brands they carry. After experiencing the level of care and customer service the OC sales team showed it was fun to spend the money with them. I went with a Gravely. They offered free delivery of the new mower, as well as pickup of my old mower and offered a fair trade in price. As a business owner myself time is money and the OC team made the whole process of purchasing a new mower very smooth, timely, and enjoyable.
