I ordered a part for my shower two months ago and my shower is leaking. They told me there is nothing they can do but buy another part. I would not recommend buying from here they are no help. Furthermore you should have records in your system for my recent purchase. When you buy a brand new part you expect it to work. I found my purchase in my bank account history as well.

I needed to replace a BrassCraft 1/2" X 3/8" OD 1/4 Turn Comp Angel Value which I bought at Home Depot and failed to turn off the water supply. It wasn't more than 2 years old and failed because it was made of plastic. I went to Palm Beach Plumbing Parts to see if I could find a better quality replacement but they had the same BrassCraft value. I was told that they don't make any better parts anymore and plastic was better than brass. I went to Lowes on my way home and found a SharkBite 1/2" X 3/8" OD Comp Angle Stop made of copper, not plastic. I was glad that I stopped in at Lowes.

I had to recently replace my shower cartridge and I went to Home Depot and could not find a person in sight to help so I googled a plumbing supply in the area and Palm Beach Plumbing Supply was my closest option. I called the store and spoke to Mike who was friendly, seemed very knowledgeable and answered all of my general questions. Mike told me to head on in and he would assist me for the replacement of the shower cartridge. Upon entry to the store, I was greeted by Mike whom noticed the shower cartridge in my hand and he immediately knew what I needed. I was more than impressed. With his immediate and accurate knowledge of this piece, he had me in and out of the door in no time. Mike was such a pleasure! What an excellent experience! This is your one stop shop for all plumbing replacement parts with excellent customer service. I recommend to all!

Never mind 5 stars give these guys 100 stars! I had been chasing down a certain plumbing part with the whole thing getting into a bit of a runaround when somebody told me to check out PB Plumbing Parts and BAM they had EXACTLY what I needed right from the jump! What's more is they just could not have been any nicer to deal with or more welcoming. Some professional parts places you go to if you're not a contractor they kinda talk down to you and don't treat you that nice well these guys are the exact opposite of that. The dude who helped me was Mike who not only was an absolute pleasure to deal with but he also took the time to educate me on the part I was getting which led to him guiding me toward a particular design of that same part which was actually better made and known to last longer as the type of design I was zeroing in on was known to not hold up very well over time and would therefore likely break sooner rather than later so THANKS Mike and THANKS PB Plumbing Parts you guys ROCK!!

I don't normally write reviews but I needed to share my experience with PB Plumbing parts.Yesterday my shower faucet wouldn't turn off. I noticed a piece to the faucet that was broken. I called my local plumber and they didn't have the part.Then I went to Home Depot, Lowes and Ace hardware. None of these big retailers could help me. Someone wrote down PB Plumbing Parts and said try them. So today, I left my house to 2501 Westgate Ave, WPB. During the drive over I was thinking, what will I do if they don't have this part. I walked into the store and was greeted by Mike who was working the front counter. I showed him the part and before I could take it out of the ziplock bag, he was back in front of me with exactly the same one. I don't know how he was able to identify it so quickly and produce the exact type and model I needed. I was beyond impressed with Mike and his knowledge. I was in and out of the store in five minutes and the price was so reasonable. Everyone should know this place exist and make it the first stop, for their plumbing needs.

Recently bought a shower cartridge from them installed it and realize the cartridge was defective came back to the store with original receipt within the 7-Day warranty exchange. The older man at the counter was very rude and refused to warranty the cartridge stating that he has never had a faulty cartridge in all the years he's worked there. I've been doing plumbing for over 25 years and has any plumber knows from time to time you do come across a faulty cartridge. Rare but it does happen. His solution was by another one with this type of customer service I would not recommend this place to anyone you're better off going to your homeowner special home Depot Lowe's even though I don't like shopping there horrible experience felt very unwelcome as I walked into the door this time doing with the older gentleman. The younger gentleman is always been very helpful knows his stuff very welcome. Like I said before they do not stand behind their warranty or return policy almost made it seem like I was trying to get over on them p

I spoke to a plumber regarding what I needed to purchase at Palm Beach Plumbing. I called in advance and sent a photo of what I needed. The associate confirmed they had what I needed so I went to purchase the item. When I arrived two men were seated behind the counter and there were NO other customers in the store. I told them what I needed and one gentleman left the counter so I followed him. He was grabbing multiple parts so I had a few questions because I thought it came assembled. Before I could even ask the question and show him the photo on my phone he interrupted me and even began to raise his voice with me. When I tried to ask a question he just got louder and was actually yelling at me telling me he saw the picture before and didn’t need to see it. I asked him to stop yelling at me and he actually mocked me. I would NEVER go back to this establishment or recommend it to anyone else. The other associate in the store didn’t say anything and didn’t offer to assist when he saw the other man was being so aggressive and rude either.
