I am so very glad I found Eddie. He is dedicated to his craft, kind and kept me in the loop while he was working on my Gucci backpack one of my rabbits had decided to chew on (photos of culprit included purely for bunny shaming purposes). Highly recommend him for all of your luxury repair needs!!

Eddie is a master craftsman. He has refurbished my shoes to near perfect condition and has also restored LV bags that were tattered and now look like new. He is very busy because of the quality of his work and his attention to detail. Even if it takes a little longer- well worth the wait. I highly recommend Eddie

Eddie went above and beyond to clean my favorite suede boots (that were ruined by birthday cake icing.) The first time I came to pick them up, he told me that he wasn’t satisfied with the results. He asked if I could be patient and he’d continue to work on them.. He ended up working magic & my trashed boots are beautiful again! Thank you so much!

Eddie did a WONDERFUL Job on my Black Cowboy Boots brought them all new life, had to rebuild the heel. When he brought them out ro me I said those aren't mine? those look Brand New! Thank You SO MUCH Eddie

My Louis Vuitton bag was stained -- Eddie said he could fix it. It was supposed to be ready in March. It's now August and I still don't have it. Every time I call, Eddie yells obscenities and insults at me and says he needs more time to find my "little bag." It's hard to even understand why he can't find it because he immediately gets emotional and starts yelling at me -- although he mentioned a flood and something about a storage unit. I doubt I'll ever see it again. Unfortunately, I was also forced to pay in advance for the repair. Stay away. This place is clearly a mess and the owner is not a professional.

Didn’t like his work had to remind him my shoes was in his shop for a month he ask for another day and did a rush job cleaning only a portion of the shoes. Will not be coming back here. If you are a new customer looking for service don’t bother going here. This guy talks better than he works.
