Pasteurized Tees is the only place I’ll shop for customized orders! Y’all, not only do they welcome you and make you feel right at home when you walk in BUT they also did me a solid. I came to pick up my customized shirt and had my baby in the car, I called the store to ask if someone could run it out to me bc my baby had just fallen asleep and they DID! Kindness goes a long way and the people at Pasteurized Tees are the sweetest. Great quality products, quick turnaround time, great customer service and great hearts! 🤎

We are visiting Buffalo from Canada and stumbled across Pasteurized and from the moment we walked in the door to when we received our shirts has been a 10/10 experience! They helped us find the perfect weight shirt (even dug through unopened inventory to help us) and were so pleasant with the remainder of the process, answering all our questions and working with us to get us shirts the very next day! I get myself a couple new blue sweatshirts every year. With the help of the staff the help me pick the colors and give me ideas. I always get at least two decals. One on the front hand one on the back. The employees always help me
To pick colors and make me so happy every year! Here is last years! On my way to get another one now!!! New designs.

We went in last night and the guy working was very helpful. Unfortunately the shirts didn't fit. We went back this morning and Jill went above and beyond to help us. We ended up getting bigger sizes and even a new shirt made up. I was very happy with the customer service and I look forward to my next trip to Buffalo to visit this shop.

Honestly a zero, myself and another parent of City Honors are involved with PTSCO, We do fun things for the kids like dances, bazaar, anything to raise money. Well in a yr and a half we raised enough money to buy 139 kids hoodies for there 8th grade camping trip to Canada. We looked at a few companies and were told
that Pasteurized tees was a parent friend and we also wanted to keep in in the city to support small business. We go back and forth with the color so our order goes in around April 11th. (Camping trip June 6th) weeks go buy with no communication until pick up day. Well they put the wrong year on them. First Jill tries to say we put the wrong year down ( had to pull up emails to show we were correct) Jill then says I feel horrible about this. Says I'll have a solution for you tonight. I didn't hear from this owner until I called her on Saturday 4 day with no solution. I asked on that Tuesday to remake them she was admitted that her "fix" was going to work. She told me how much she was going to pay a lot to get it overnighted( not my problem I don't care)
As a business owner you should never tell the client about your business we don't need to know how the sausage is made. So we want these by the 5th of June for the camping trip, she doesn't even get the fix until the 4th of June. I said clearly we won't have these in time. Can you start over and ha e them to us by June 19th for a moving up gift. She said sure. I'm now just hearing from her on the 18th saying however long it takes tonight. 1. She made a mistake
2. Her solution was time consuming and a bust.
3. She never made us a priority, she messed up and made us feel like it was our mistake, never going above and beyond to fix the problem. She never communicate with us and never met a deadline. For a small business not to care on a 4k order makes me wonder do they really want the business 🤷🏽‍♀️
I just called to make sure pick up is tomorrow, I shared my displeasure with all of this and Jill hung up on me.

I don't normally write reviews (and this one is a little late) but I wanted to share my experience with the extraordinary customer service I received. I was a Last Minute Annie and went in days before Christmas to place my order. I brought in the garments I wanted done (very close to closing time no less) and explained the matching daddy - daughter shirts I wanted for my son and 4 month old granddaughter. She was pleasant, showed me the design she had, and the whole interaction took minutes at best. Fast forward to a few days after Christmas. Before wearing, my son washed the his shirt (inside out, on cold and line dried it) and the designed washed out. There was no color left. It was basically a white blob on the front of his shirt. I emailed the store, included pictures and asked if there was anything they could do. They responded promptly, apologized, asked me to bring the items in and we reviewed them together. I explained that my son was afraid of ruining his daughter's onesie so he didn't wash it after he saw what happened to his shirt. They asked if they could have both items and keep them a while for testing. They explained they would replace the items I brought in, redo them and run some tests. They redid the t-shirt, washed both the shirt and the onesie repeatedly on different temperature settings and put them in the dryer before calling me to tell me they were ready for pickup. As if that wasn't enough, they went a step further to ensure this didn't happen to anyone else and made a "test" shirt with a bunch of different decals/artwork all over it. They put this "test" shirt through all the same tests. While they could not explain why this happened to our shirt in the first place, they went above and beyond to ensure this customer's satisfaction! I highly recommend Pasteurized Tees to anyone who will listen! #SupportSmallBusiness
