I was accepted for a job interview and the HR Dionna thigpen gave me the wrong address for Clearwater Florida. When I told them I live in Indiana they sent me an email saying that they were going to move forward in their hiring process because it was competitive role. How are you going to give somebody the wrong address and expect them to know.

Ordered work shoes that were supposedly in stock thru Amazon, my delivery date has been pushed back 2x now and looks like I won't see them for a month. Next time I will just shop locally.

Edit: I think it’s a good company as rachel did offer me the voucher and it did help to get a comparable pair of shoes for a great price. Shipping was fast and efficient. Will shop again.

Just purchased a pair of sperrys or so I thought. Turns out the order was cancelled and not fulfilled. I’d assume it was because the discount was too great and they would lose money. The total was only about $25 for a pair of Sperry casual shoes which Kev been waiting weeks for. Come to find out they’ll never arrive and order is cancelled.
Update: Rachel A. Followed up with me and offered me a $10 voucher for the inconvenience. Although it’s something, I was still disappointed with resolution and replied with that comment. I never heard back from that email. Would’ve preferred maybe $15 to $20 voucher. Added 1 star for at least reaching out.

Sent me the wrong shoes and won't return the money as my original payment method no longer exists. I'm not even sure they carry the Vibram training shoes they advertise online and their return form on the website seems like it might be a feedback loop.

Purchased a pair of men's slippers. They said it was shipped by FedEx. I purchased them on 11/2, but I didn't receive them until 11/11. Way to long, and customer service was not helpful at all.
Won't be buying any more shoes from this company.

They are absolutely terrible, they shipped me a pair of sandals and the ankle strap was attached backwards on the right one, their response to me was that “they are not defective, they still function”, like we only buy sandals for their functionality not for the looks, pretty outrageous.

This place for terrible sale I asked them on eBay for an item since January 31 and it was supposed to arrive today the 9th everything was a lie I'm talking to the seller and he doesn't respond to my messages or the money back

Worst experience I’ve ever had buying shoes. The return policy is absurd. They refuse to be helpful to the point of being just downright rude. Have to wait over a month for a refund.
