I only gave this a two star because the baby clothes are in fact beautiful however , Customer Service is ZERO. I bought two sets of gender reveal outfits for my grandchildren. Obviously, I returned the ones that were for the opposite gender. I was told the credit did not expire. I Finally had a moment to come and try and pick some outfits out for both babies and use my credit Iof almost $200 , and they tell me it expired and it only had one year to be used. How do you tell someone it doesn’t expire and then it expires in one year so then it DOES expire! I told her it was almost a $200 credit , the lady did not even blink and/or say I’m sorry or say how can I make this right or offer me half of the credit , NOTHING ! Like we all have $200 to throw away. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Let me not leave out the outrageous prices, but I guess that goes together with the snobby people that own it.

I was about to browse this store for a gift for a friend’s new baby. I parked in front of the store to run another errand next door and was immediately reported, I guess by the store owner and hawkish parking attendant, so now I most definitely won’t be giving you any business. Totally unfriendly and un-neighborly approach; not surprised by the horrible reviews.

What a horrible experience with this store. Truly horrendous customer service, the owner KICKED me out I was shocked.

My sister and I came all the way to this store to find an outfit for our baby niece’s 1st birthday. I live in Fort Lauderdale, so it was quite the drive. My sister was shopping in Sunset Place which is right nextdoor to Petit, as I parked and went to meet with her to go into the store together, the owner comes out of the store and yells at me that I could not park here. I explained that I would back as my sister was only a few feet away… she then claimed I had to leave because “another customer” needed to park. MIND YOU… the store owns 2 parking spots, which the other was empty. I told the owner “Miss, there is another parking spot next to my car what are you saying…” and she followed with No that her “customer” needed the parking spot I was on….I was absolutely appalled. I have never been so mistreated by a business owner and have NEVER seen such poor customer service. I immediately called my sister and told her to stay put, because I refused to enter this store. I saw on their reviews another customer complaining about customer service, so clearly this is an ongoing mistreatment.
There are plenty of other gorgeous baby boutiques in this area, which I highly recommend you check out. Perhaps things happen for a reason, since we came across other boutiques with much more welcoming service and not overpriced in Miami.

They have the most fashionable, cutest outfits for girls! It’s trouble walking in there. Bikinis, shoes, dresses, accessories everything. From about 3 months to 8 yrs. They are a bit pricey for children’s clothes though. But, I’ve never found any other store like it.

They’ve over charged my credit card the last 3 times I’ve gone. Although the discrepancies ranged from $8-$13 from receipt and amount charged on credit card… it’s horrible! Check your charges!!!!!!
