Thomas stayed late and got my rear wheel re-spoked and trued in the same day and for a very fair price! Can’t say enough good things about Phat Tire Bella Vista. They’ve gotten me back on my bike quickly on many occasions with a large and diverse inventory of parts. Amazon doesn’t stand a chance when we can slide on down to our LBS and get served same day ?

Great bike shop with amazing staff working here. The store manager is an example of what every bike store manager should be. Someone who loves, lives and understands bikes and the bike community! They had a great selection of products, bikes and more importantly and endless supply of Stoke!! We were on a trip but if i lived here this would definitely be my LBS ! Thank you for what you guys do!

I had a great experience ! I’d stopped in to get some things for my tire as I’d just started riding I got a flat and in my hurry hadn’t took the time to find it. The gentleman was informative and helped me get it going right there instead of sending me on my way to do it trailside as I’d explained I only had a bit of time to ride before getting my daughter from the bus. It’s not common you get good old school service and I’m very appreciative. They have definitely earned a great review and a new customer

Every time I come to the shop, I get the help I need, whether that is an adjustment to my bike, a product or a service. Corey is so helpful to educate me on the issue at hand and get me what I need. We brought a bike in this week that wasn’t shifting well. Corey adjusted the derailleur and talked to us about keeping the chain better lubricated. He told us the strategy he uses. That was really helpful and we saw an improvement on our next ride.

We also like renting bikes from this location.

We are on a trip from Vermont to Bentonville. We stopped in with a couple little issues with our new Trek Rail bikes that we recently bought in Vermont. They were extremely helpful and fixed all of the issues right then, and at no charge. We have stop in for supplies and repairs on previous trips and they are always great. Can't recommend them too highly.

Although I had an experience that wasn’t ideal, new management has assured me that they have made and are making efforts to remedy the issues. I appreciate the effort made to get in touch with me, which has helped me to maybe be able to trust techs and business practices in the future. Intentions matter, and I appreciate the follow through.

Ben and the whole staff were extremely friendly and helpful. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for parts, service, rentals, or bike purchase in NWA! Willing to help diagnose bike problem. Made sure rental bike was perfect.

Friendly and knowledgeable. I brought my grandson’s bike in for a tuneup. They called me about a part that needed replacing, which hardly cost anything. They ordered the part and installed it. Price was low and I have a happy grandson
