Not very friendly
Had the down payment in hand and everything required
The guy put putting air in tires above helping a customer
And acted as if it’s abnormal to have a co signer

So I decided not to do business here was just too much of a not moving steady forward pace for car that had higher mileage and no warranty
Only reason why I was going to go here cause if the lower payments that u certainly could have paid
And also made it deal that I lived in Connersville and not in shelbyville
Was looking for a vehicle that could get me to and from work and one that would safely transport my twins and I the attitude over all wasn’t as great as it could’ve been and didn’t seem like they wanted to sell a car to me at all

Very nice and helpful people. Willing to work with you. Plus, they're "Buy Here, Pay Here". And they look over the vehicles they sell, so they don't sell junk. Would definitely recommend buying from them.

Called a week ago asking if they could get me in for a couple of minor repairs. They said I could get in that next week first thing when they opened. I come in and they said they had no appointments that morning. The number I called was from this place and I recognized the caller’s voice. Instead they directed me to another Phelp’s service where they claimed they had no appointments that day, either. Waste of my time.

Great place to get a good used vehicle low down payments and low monthly payments I bought a 2012 GMC terrain with 88,000 miles only $250 a month they are the best buy here pay here I have ever done business with if the car has any problems that are not your fault they will take care of it
