Went shopping here and I bought a pair of jeans. When I got home I noticed the jeans had large holes in the thigh area. Not sure why they were selling them anyway. I returned and was only offered store credit not a full refund for the jeans. The girls working both during my initial trip & when I went to return were not kind, were cussing, & saying mean things about employees who were off that day. Nobody greeted us & they did not even ask what was wrong with my jeans. My friend and I went into the fitting rooms and they were dirty and had clothes laying around even though there were 3 people shopping that night and 4 employees working at the time. Very unpleasant and unprofessional environment. I would not recommend going here. Unfortunately, I will have to return to spend my $25 store credit within a year or I will lose out on my money. There are much better places in town that treat their customers with respect and care.

Girls working were pretentious. Waited to check out my one item for 20 minutes while they talked about their classes they were taking. Tried selling items. All folded and nice, just to have them returned crumpled up and stuffed back into the bags. Should have on website the brands looking for a style. When returning items, be nice if they respected them and returned as given to them. I will never return to a store that snubs it's customers, treats their items as garbage.

They have great (used) clothes. The clothes are mainly girls but there are some good finds for guys also. There are a bunch of shoes but only one for a pair sadly. Great place 😁

I had a frustrating experience when I brought a bag of clothes to sell at this store. I returned later to pick up my payment for the items they purchased and to retrieve the items they didn’t take. However, they handed me a bag of clothes that weren’t mine. They had mistakenly given my bag to another customer, who had already left with it.

This was incredibly stressful because my bag contained many high-quality items, including some with tags. My plan was to either wear them or sell them elsewhere if they weren’t accepted. The manager, Elaine, was surprisingly nonchalant about the situation, shrugging it off with, “Mistakes happen.” This was particularly frustrating given how insistent they are about scanning IDs during drop-offs and pickups. Behind the desk, however, it’s a chaotic mess, making it clear how such a mistake could occur.

I had to call them repeatedly to get updates, as they didn’t reach out to me. Thankfully, the other customer eventually returned my clothes. When I went to retrieve them, they gave me two $10 gift certificates as an apology.

About 15 minutes after receiving the gift certificates, I tried to use them on a single item, only to be told I couldn’t combine them in one transaction. If these had been part of a promotion, that would have been understandable—but I’d just received them as compensation for their significant error. You’d think they’d make an exception in this situation, but they didn’t.

Overall, this place is a disorganized mess, and I can’t recommend buying or selling here unless you’re prepared for a major headache.

This store was gorgeous and run so well. Very helpful staff and welcoming environment, plus great clothes and pretty designs. Will go back!
