I’ve visited this locations multiple times to buy & sell and most often have bad experiences.
Today, I came to sell and asked a question and the employees there looked at me, had no smiles and didn’t seem nice at all.
I understand customer service isn’t easy but I’m not giving anyone a hard time and feel like they aren’t trying to be friendly.
About 5 minutes dropping off two bags, they said my process was done.
I really feel like they didn’t even go through my things and said inventory is high. If that’s the case, why even have selling as an option for the store right now.
I know the items I brought were good quality items that are name brand and expected them to take at least one thing.
I expect better customer service, this is why I do not shop here anymore. I’m no longer interested in coming back, disappointed that I can’t get the friendliness back in return.

Everytime I bring new brand name items with tags they are too busy and not accepting anymore. hours before closing! I drive 20 min after I call to be told they buy clothes up to an hour before they close only to be turned away once again. Then I spend $70.00 and not allowed a trade in special because they didn’t buy any of my stuff let alone look at it. I don’t know if they only take teenagers selling items or what. I’m 52 next month and might not dress like those employees but I do buy storage units with lots of new sneakers and clothes.
Disappointed !!!

I come here to shop few times and I've decided to sell some of my clothes I no longer needed and so I went there and ten minutes later she said we only found 5 items out my entire bag that's cute and i feel like she was practically saying that my clothes are ugly. Every time I go and shop I would always check the clothes, shoes very good before buying because I've noticed stains and broken straps, etc on clothes, shoes and are over price. I will not be going back for awhile.

great place to bring gently used clothing and accessories for a little extra cash. the staff is nice and pretty quick at going through items brought in, usually a limit of 2-3 large bags of items per person per day. they offer about 30% of the original price of the item which isn’t much but better than nothing i guess. the store itself offers a pretty large selection of clothing for men and women- everything from summer dresses and bathing suits to denim and tops to athletic apparel. there are also shoes, bags, wallets, and jewelry. everything is pretty well-organized by size and type of clothing so it makes shopping easier.

Went to the store with my mother in law, it was my mother in law first time. I had gone to the Orlando Plato’s store was fabulous l loved it there, thinking l was going to have the same experience with the Daytona Plato store, to sell some clothes. the person who received us was a tall girl very pale skin, and black hair, she was with an attitude the moment we got to the store and she was telling us the instructions and what to do. She state it was only one bag today that we could sell. My mother in law asked her a question she couldn’t even respond and when she did she gave her a nasty look and attitude as well. After we left the store not even 10 minutes later we received a notification stating that our order was completed. Very disappointing on going to this store though the experience was going to be as good as the Orlando store. But it was worst, wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to that store. And my mother in law state she never come back to their store ever again. Wasting our time.

Well organized, clean and labeled clearly. Loved the selection and tons of beautiful purses. I bought some jeans for $15 with new tags still on them! Win!!!

I used to love this place but it seems like they sell a bunch of garbage. They charge more for used worn items from shien than they cost new at shien lol it's crazy. I took in a bunch of new things with tags on some of them brand name and they took only 8 things and only gave me 25$ one of the items was a fur vera wang jacket I paid a lot for they gave me 6$ lol. Whoever decides what taken needs to reevaluate because there was nasty worn shirts with a hole. Lots of garbage when they have the opportunity to buy nice things they don't. They had a bunch of junky worn down purses but didn't buy the brand new coach purse. I don't understand this place because then they overcharge. They have gone downhill. Super dissapointing.

Im convinced yall favor white people, cause why I had nice clothes no stains or nothing and shoes and they ain’t take not 1 of them😭😩. But they took the other people stuff, and the stuff they had was old😭😩. Yall need to do a lil better with yall inventory and checking things.
