The clothes are cute which is why there’s 3 stars. And the employees are nice, however the prices are insane for second hand clothing. I can get cheaper on the sale rack at American eagle or I can go to Marshalls for even cheaper. Y’all used to the be the place but I can’t justify spending nearly 30 dollars on jeans! Especially when they aren’t brand new. I also feel like it’s so claustrophobic in there. Maybe don’t buy people’s clothes for a little bit? There’s a lot going on.

Unfortunately, this store has really gone downhill over the years. If you’re a sneakerhead looking for authentic kicks, be cautious, as many of the sneakers appear to be questionable in authenticity. Additionally, the price point is incredibly high, especially considering these are used clothes, and many aren’t even in great condition. The racks are cluttered with jeans, making it hard to shop effectively, and overall, the store feels disorganized. In my opinion, this location really needs a revamp to improve the shopping experience.

I’ve never sold my items at this location, but I just bought a couple items here for the first time and I had a pleasant experience and everyone in the store was nice and their store is well organized and clean.

This company has a slick way of implementing age discrimination ? bias and prejudice against the items that are brought in by you.. the person employing them!!?. Your better off selling to a friend or family member or sit out a weekend and enjoy yourself making money at your OWN yard sale ? If you’re over 21 years of age.. BEWARE ?

The quality of service here has really gone down over the years.

I paid almost $60 for these 2 sets and long story short, they sold me items with GAPING holes in them and refused to refund my money. (see attached photos of few of the holes)

I complained to the manager Malory who just gave me an attitude...and when I asked to speak to her manager she refused and gave me a sticky note with an undeliverable email address and phone number that rings to the store’s phones.

She even said, “when you call and email...it will all just come back to me anyway have a good day.”

Update: You can see the store's response below which fails to address the way that Malory acted that day. Again, this speaks to the level of customer service this location has. And, instead of offering me a full refund to my original form of payment for the all of the defective items they sold me that day, they post a long explanation about how I misunderstood them. There is no misunderstanding, you sold me a defective product, any store with good customer service would provide a full refund for every defective item to the original form of payment and an apology for wasting my time and for you store manager insulting me that day.

Staff were very friendly and gave me the run down as it was my first time shopping at Plato’s Closet. They were also transparent about pricing which I appreciate. They were super fast and efficient. Will definitely be selling at this location again. I browsed the store as they went through my items and was very tempted to pick up a few things for myself. They have very on trend and good quality inventory.

I went to Plato’s today and I had the worst experience ever. I came in to sell my clothes and they told me I would have to wait 2 hours until my clothes are to be looked at……So i went shopping until the hour when up just for them to tell me they can only take 2 of my items which were a pair of brand new shoes and a pair of jeans still with the Tag on them from Fashion Nova NEVER EVEN WORE before i paid $70 for them just for them to give me $7. When I pay more then that for that. That was not fair to me and i don’t Appreciate what happen today
