I’ve been to this location a few times and always seem to walk out with something! My newest and favorite find are my brand new pink converse that had absolutely no signs of use from the inside of the shoe to the bottom of the sole; I got them for $12! Sandra, the owner, and her staff are always friendly, helpful, and professional. The establishment itself is well kept and has aesthetic displays on the walls throughout. Will definitely be making more visits in the future : )

Took some items in to sell, which I done many times before, but when I went to pick up my items I had to wait for awhile for someone to help me. I have worked retail for several years so I understand having to wait but there was only two associates in the store and it’s holiday time. I’m upset at the fact that the other associate came up to help but literally skipped me and helped the other people who were checking out when I had clearly been waiting and I have a 7 month old baby. Please make sure your staff is trained better and have more people during the holidays.

Amazing and super kind staff. Alot of various options including clothes and accessories and i found very good quality nice clothes for cheap?. Overall i had a great experience and would definitely come back and recommend to others. The worker that helped me was Andres and he helped me pick out the perfect jeans for my party and definitely helped my experience and first time being here.

Great location. I go to most of the platos closet in Tampa, wesley chapel and NPR but this one is very organized, clean and the clothes they have are in very good condition. The girls customer service is very good as well. Will definitely be coming back to this one.

This was my first time visiting Plato‘s closet in the Spring Hill location. The store was clean, very neatly organized, and the associates were very friendly and knowledgeable. And I got a beautiful pair of shoes in the mist of all of that for next nothing. Love this store!♥️

Wow, some of the best customer service I've had. We shopped there on vacation and got home and realized two items hadn't been put in our bag so I called to see if we could get those items refunded since we live almost 3 hours away. The store owner personally contacted us about it. Once looking at the receipt, we realized we had received an extra discount accidentally so it ended up only being a $4 difference. I told her to not worry about it but she insisted on making it right and shipped the two items to us. We do not live near this store so the chance of us returning isn't very likely, but even with that knowledge, they went above and beyond to make us happy. If we ever are in the area again, we will definitely return! (Also...we got some great clothes for amazing prices!) Thank you so much!
