I've shopped here before and usually spend upwards from $100+. Unfortunately, I've been by 3 times to make purchases for baby showers, etc. Only to find them closed, even though the "open" sign is on, and the website says they are open. To make it worse, the phone number listed on their web page is no longer in service. If I could reach them, at least I could find out when they plan on being open. Another annoying factor, is that they do not have their store hours posted on the window. I will take my business to the childrens boutiques in Kennewick. Too bad, cause Polliwags does have some nice things.

I’ve ordered online twice and had a small issue. The owner went above and beyond to fix the issue. I do a ton of shopping at small shops and the customer service I received from Polliwogs is easily the best. The carry Little Stocking Co tights (what I ordered) and they are fantastic, if you haven’t tried them I’d highly recommend them. They are thick and perfect for winter for my daughter. I’m looking forward to future purchases from Polliwogs and definitely recommend this shop.

Drove an hour to check this place out. Around 230pm got there door was locked and sign was up saying they were on a 20min lunch, came back an hour later and the sign was still up and door locked. 2 stars because the place looked pretty cool when looking in the window.
