We had a great experience from beginning to end with Randy, Gene, Jim, Josh and Anthony. A whole team of honest and genuine professionals. Gene was kind enough to meet with me right before installation so I could borrow the acrylic sample and do some paint matching. Josh and Anthony did a fantastic job on installation, and Jim very graciously rescheduled with me when I had organization issues. Stellar customer service and a brand new fancy bath/shower in the end, we LOVE it! *Bonus* Our material came in within 4 weeks, and installation only took one day - We're very happy we chose Prime Baths!

We used Prime Bath to renovate a bathroom with a shower/bath combo to a classier, spa-like retreat with a soaking tub. The room went from eh to fabulous. I dealt directly with Gene, Jim, and Josh and all 3 were responsive, professional, and polite. Josh ended up doing the whole bathroom by himself due to unforeseen circumstances and he did a fantastic job! If we have another bathroom in need of renovation, Prime Bath will be my first and only stop.

The Prime Bath team did a great job for us. Gene never missed a beat walking us through the process even with kiddos running around. Jim worked around our busy schedules for installs with Anthony, Jorge and Dario. Their work was clean and efficient. Clint followed up to make sure we were happy with the finished product!

Clint was an absolute pleasure and very knowledgeable about bathroom remodeling. My husband and I have met with multiple contractors, and we were considering trying to tackle our bathroom ourselves because the process was so stressful. Clint showed up and was extremely personable (and funny), and explained everything in great detail. This set us at ease, and we instantly knew that going with Prime would be the smartest decision. Clint was able to work with our budget, and we could tell that he genuinely wanted us to be happy with our decision. I would recommend Clint and Prime to anybody (and will)! UPDATE: I didn’t think I would be shocked with the outcome (I had a vision lol), but when I saw the finished bathroom I was speechless. Everyone from Prime bath was punctual, respectful, and genuinely cared about the work they were doing. If something went wrong (as they always do), someone was immediately there to fix it and surpass my expectations. We have definitely found the company we want to stick with for all of our renovations, and I absolutely recommend Prime bath to anyone!
