See the main Primetime location in wakarusa for my full review, but Jason was outstanding to work with in the Warranty division! We were beyond impressed with the intentionality and care we received and will recommend Primetime to anyone moving forward!!

I have owned campers for 25 years but this has been the worst dealership experience I have had in those 25 years!

My wife and I purchased a new Prime Time LaCrosse camper from Carolina RV in Myrtle Beach. We have had problem after problem with the camper but most notably has been the AC units, manufactured by Furion. They have never worked properly from the start. Carolina RV has had the camper numerous times and have tried solution after solution but have failed to get these units to work.

The last time I took the camper in, I even offered to pay for Carolina RV to replace these units with a different brand but they assured me they would get these ACs working like they should. They even admitted that this brand of AC has caused them lots of issues.

After leaving the camper another 3 weeks, I was told that the issues had been fixed and I could come pick up the camper. I picked it up on Friday only to get the camper home, plug it in our 50amp power and after a few hours these AC units failed again. I am now left with no choice, other than to seek a legal solution in order to get these replaced.

Please do not buy a camper from Carolina RV in Myrtle Beach, SC or from their location in Greer, SC. Also, please be advised that Prime Time did not offer any help when I contacted them, so beware of any of their brands as well. Finally, make sure your next camper purchase does not have Furion AC units. Stick with a more reputable brand like Coleman or Dometic!

Great people willing to work with your travel schedule to get as much work done as possible. I knew some issues but they found others and repaired them all. Charges were extremely fair. Recommend Forest River/Prime Time Parts, Service and Warrenty. Jason and Lisa were understanding and responsive to my needs. Thanks!!

I hooked up with these people because I had a roof leak. I tried taking it to the dealership 4 time's for repair and it was never fixed. This place went above and beyond fixing our camper. Prime Time really stand's behind their products..
