I traveled to the Florida mall over the weekend as I was in town for a company holiday party. I bought two hats on Saturday. I had the rep steam and curve them and HE removed the stickers from the hats. I never wore the hats so I tried one on to go out the next day on Sunday and it was too big and I needed to go one size down. I called the store and spoke to Jorge and I told him exactly what I did and if it was at all possible to exchange given the fact that the stickers are removed and the hat is steamed and curved. He said they could accommodate me because it’s only been a day and I could come in and they would inspect and exchange as long as the hats were unworn and I have the receipts. I couldn’t make it on Sunday so I came Monday afternoon with the unworn hats and original receipts. The rep in the store said Jorge wasn’t there and told me he will contact him about it, but to no avail. So i ultimately traveled all the way back to the store from Lakeland and they were unwilling yo accommodate an exchange. I wasn’t even trying to return just exchange. Because I wanted the hats, i just bought the correct size.
I know some of this is my fault, but I called to make sure I could be accommodated just to travel all the way there and the rep deny my request due to technicality. Without customers, you don’t have a business and my request to exchange was not outside of policy outlined on your website and on your receipt.

First off the only cap store in Orlando I shop at!!! The owner and associates are very knowledgeable about the products that they sell. They provide great customer service which is a plus. Not only that they carry jerseys which is huge! This is my sanctuary!!!!
