Security is exemplary I guess is the one good thing but changing locks on my unit and then denying it , locking people out of the facility after 9:00 not useful , no office personel present for half or more of the day and the phone personel denied me that I had a unit couldn’t communicate adequately and was of no help wasted two and a half days before I could resolve issue including 6 trips to the facility that couldn’t accomplish a thing

Used to like this facility, but now that Public Storage owns it I am displeased and not satisfied... I can't tell you how many times my rent has increased over last years since they purchased it, but making my head spin and is ridiculous, especially when shopping for alternative locations.. as soon as I can manage I am relocating away from here. This last month it went up another almost 60dollars... Ridiculous...

Had an issue today with the door on my unit becoming jammed and Sarah came to the rescue! She was patient, kind and so helpful! We were able to get it fixed and closed before the storms rolled in. Thank you for your professionalism and kindness, Sarah!

Can’t review on how they conduct business but if it is anywhere near the same way, they upkeep their property I wouldn’t recommend it..if I could give zero stars I absolutely would hopefully this summer my kids don’t step on branches of thorns continuously, growing onto our property, although I try to keep it cut back the best I can, and no snakes come near my children or animals from the amount of breeding ground they have now from years of no maintenance..

I was contacted by the district manager after I had left this review wanting to know what they could do to make it better. At the time I could not remember why I had left a 3 star review we went today to visit our 2 storage units there and remembered why. The reason for only 3 stars is because of the fact that we have 2 storage units but there is no way to reach them both once inside the fence. On days like today when we need stuff out of them both we have to go in the gate to the left then leave that gate and go through the one on the right to get to out other unit. It should be just 1 gate for the entire facility and it's really frustrating to have to do 2 especially when the app is constantly opening the opposite gate than the one we are in front of. Other that that things have been fine its just frustrating.

Jessica is amazing! Since renting the blacktop space for our Camper in Feb, our rate has already seen a rate increase. She went to bat for us and got it lowered back to where it was. Security and customer service is what I am after and have been very pleased thus far. Thanks again!
