Almost every machine has tape over the coin opening, hardly no washing machine works. People say it’s been like this for a long time. We had to wait until someone’s machine was done. The same people own the other location in Wabash and it’s the same thing.

Machines were available, floors were clean; unfortunately, two of the dryers are broken & the cold drinks machine stole my money.

(It's 90 degrees outside & I can’t even get a simple can of soda.)

People come here out of their busy day just to get their clothes washed, is that difficult to have a food machine working? If the food & drinks machines don't work, maybe you shouldn't have them out on the floor!

And NO EMPLOYEES showed up for work today, why apply for this job, if you don't wanna come to work?!

95% of the machines are out of order, that is not an exaggeration. Only here because I can’t wash my big blankets at home. Otherwise I would never come here. What’s the point of having a Laundromat if none of the machines are functioning?

I would strongly suggest going to the one on Manchester Ave. They may be owned by the same people, but it has way more machines. The people working there are nice, so please understand it's not their fault all the machines are down. But seriously, it's pretty ridiculous how many aren't working in that business.

I want to give a better rating, but fully half of the machines are out of order. The lady that was there was super helpful and really nice. I’ll be back, hopefully they get more of the machines in service though.

I came in an used the 18lb $2.50 a load washer. Put money in an 24 mins till done. I stood infront of the machine the whole 24 mins an not one time did it use my laundry soap nor the fabric softner. I brought it up to the gal who was working an she immediatly had an attitude with me about it. She then said let me get my manager. Manager comes in an then i explain to her an she see's theres an obvious issue with the machine and tells me that theres nothing that she can do, but tosses 75 cents on top of the machine an tells me theres nothing she can do about it. I then called BBB office an they are going to investigate this an get back with me. I will update this review once they do. I reccomend that you go to a family or friends to wash your clothes. This place is a sorry excuse for a laundry matt. I do NOT recommend Quick Clean to any person trying to wash there clothes at any of there locations.
