We could not find the size needed for an item we were wanting to buy. An employee, who was on his way out the door at the end of his shift, stopped to help us. He found what we needed and took us up and checked us out before leaving for the day. Very friendly, professional, and courteous. Great experience!

The customer service was outstanding, the product however was less than acceptable. I bought a $70 sweatshirt for a wrestling meet. Literally cut the tags off, put it on, walked out the door for the wrestling meet, got home and the stitching was coming out all over. I wore it from 5:30pm-9:30pm and it now looks horrible.

Incredible selection of Hawkeye gear and another local sports teams. We've been back a couple times too pick up stuff you can't find anywhere else locally. Incredible selection of hats, shirts, Polos, coats, etc.
The kids working there are always polite, friendly, and helpful.

Excellent coroner service!
I came in asking for small hawkeye magnets and though they didn’t know where they were for sure they IMMEDIATELY HELPED ME LOOK AND FOUND THEM FOR ME!
I was very thankful for the help it cut down my time! I know a lot of other stores if they don’t know they don’t help look!
Thank you Rally House! I didn’t get their names but it was on Thursday Oct 24 around 6 pm!

Bar code wasn’t working on my coupon so the salesman entered it manually. He was very polite, helpful, and friendly. First time at Rally House. Will definitely be back.

Sweatshirt sizes are clearly wrong. I ordered online. I’ve worn a 2XL for quite awhile and when I received mine, it was way too small. It should have been marked as large. Very disappointed. I will not shop online with your store again!!!

I went back to Iowa Coty for a reunion and was looking for Hawkeye gear. After 2 disappointing stops, I found Rally house and broke the bank. Huge selection of quality brands that the other places didn’t carry! They m wicked for life now.

Went to the store Coral Ridge Mall . They had everything! I was looking for iowa Hawkeyes pajama pants . The girl working was so helpful and a joy. Great store!!!
