Rally House South Barrington

Great shopping experience despite walking in 10 min before closing. The team was so nice and did not rush us. The team was very helpful and professional.

This was my first time at Rally South Barrington as I had gifts to exchange..... It certainly won't be the last!!! Service was awesome the minute you walked in the door, well merchandised, great assortment level and I had to purchase a couple of items in addition to the exchange!!! I am a fan!!!!

I ordered a sweatshirt in November for Christmas and never received it. I contacted customer service (which an actual person never got back to me) and an automated response told me to file a claim with usps. I filed with them and have never heard back from either and still can’t get an actual person with the rally house customer service line. I hate leaving bad reviews but This is my attempt to actually get someone to contact me back.

Great store for fans of any kind of sport merchandise.

I'm sorry that I did not get the name of the young lady that helped us when we were in, bc she did an outstanding job and made it fun to shop. This coming from someone who really only shops online and hates going into brick and mortar shops. She was helpful, pleasant, informative, and she worked with my daughter to find several appealing items which we purchased even though we only stopped by to browse. Well done! In an age where finding good employees is nearly impossible, Rally House has picked themselves a real gem. Thank you.

i came in the store looking for a present for a family member and ended up buying things for myself as well. Thomas was really helpful and knowledgeable. he guided me throughout the store to find the best items and was very patient with me, didn’t feel rushed at all.
