I recently had the pleasure of working with Joe and the kind staff of Raphael Jewelers when designing a full custom engagement ring. Joe had us in for a diamond presentation where he asked our opinions on what he had available and what we would like sourced to fully capture our design requirements. After selecting our diamond the jewelers got right to work on the setting, not before sending us a detailed 3D rendering of the setting and offering to cast the setting in wax so it could be seen before its final casting. The entire process was a breeze and Joe communicated each step of the way professionally. The team was upfront and honest about pricing, timelines, and quality of their diamonds. Not once did I feel misguided or sold on anything. Joe and his team value client happiness over dollars in the door and for that they’ve earned my business moving forward for all jewelry needs. They have an impressive showroom for not only bridal but all jewelry like necklaces, gold bracelets, and women’s and men’s watches. If you’re considering buying be sure to stop in as shopping anywhere else would be a mistake. Thank you to Joe and the team at Raphael Jewelers!

This is one of the businesses that makes Glenview special! Local, family-owner jeweler that makes you feel like you're part of the family. I have purchased jewelry here in the past and found it to be unique and high quality. This week, I went in to replace my watch battery and a mundane errand became a delight. They completed the task on the spot (I expected to drop off and pick up, so WIN!!!). While I waited, the son and mother who own the business were so warm and pleasant. We talked about their business and they gave me a lesson in lab-grown diamonds. They even sent me home with a calendar to use in 2025. This is my go-to for all jewelry purchases.

They help guide you through the entire process, are very responsive to your concerns and desires, and help you create the jewelry of your dreams. Both my engagement ring and wedding band were designed by their team and even a year later, I keep getting compliments. They have ALWAYS taken care of me and my family's jewelry needs. I needed to get my ring resized and I was looking for a local jeweler who had a great reputation and was known to be trustworthy. A few people in my neighborhood highly recommended Raphael Jewelers as they are a family owned business and have been in the community for many many years. I cannot recommend them enough, my ring now fits perfectly and they polished it so well it looks so sparkly and new. While I was picking up my ring they were also able to quickly change out my watch battery for me as well. The customer service is fantastic and the staff is very personable and friendly.
