The experience in this dress store was shocking to say the least. Can’t even walk through the aisles. It is extremely dark and way too cluttered. Just needs a much bigger space.

my best friend went there today to try on dresses with her friend. she was treated very poorly by the old woman who works here. when she stood on the platform after asking to see a specific gown (she asked if they had any bigger sizes), the older woman LOOKED HER UP AND DOWN. she then proceeded to tell my friend “THAT DRESS LOOKS FAR TOO SMALL FOR YOU, DONT YOU THINK?” and gave my friend a crappy look. i don’t care how old you are. nobody should be working at a WEDDING DRESS SHOP calling people fat. whether she said it or not, that was clearly the message. don’t go here. (-:

Drove about an hour to shop here. Got a Mother of groom dress here a couple years ago and had an amazing experience. Went to get a Mother of bride dress this time. The staff is always so helpful. Bringing me multiple dresses in my size and various colors for the wedding party. I highly recommend this place. Even gave me 10% off.

Absolutely love my daughters prom dress, the ladies were so helpful and my daughter even loved said she really loved her dress and the ladies were so nice and she appreciated their help with the perfect dress for her.

Went there for my daughters prom dress. the store is way to cluttered. but the staff was nice and we found a dress. We purchased it outrighted. it was not a rental dress. I was able 2 pay 2 times so I could afford it. That is where the good things ended. We scheduled for the alterations. Just the hem needed done. They never told my daughter how much it was going to cost for the alterations or when it would be done.That was in March. I never got a call about it being done. They never even worked on it till 2 weeks before prom. All 3 times I went in they were very disorganized. What should have taken a few minutes to pay and grab the dress took forever. If I would have known how long the alterations were going to take I would have gotten them done elsewhere. I will not be going back there and do. I recommend them.
