This place is super cute! I came upon this shop by accident and stopped in yesterday hoping to find a birthday gift for my truck loving nephew who's turning 2 in a few weeks. The friendly owner showed me around and - success! I found a large dump truck and ended up also buying a smaller truck that my son was especially taken with (ah the hazards of toy shopping for one child with another!). They also had a great selection of books and adorable clothes. I’ll definitely be back!!

Such a cute baby store. Lots of cute clothes and toys that being said very poor customer service. Last two times my husband and I have gone in the girl working the desk is just staring at her phone and does not even acknowledge you are in the store. We still made a purchase each time, but left both times being bummed the staff member wasn’t more friendly. Other than that awesome place.

Received another lesson in customer service. Dropped in to check what they carried in newborn clothing after finding the store online. The guy at the front desk greeted me and others who came in, but never inquired if any of us were looking for something in particular or could help in any way. It left me feeling like my business wasn’t that important. Even though the clothing is a bit expensive, had I been given more attention there’s a good chance I would have bought something. You would think that for a small business like that, every sale matters. I guess not. Doubt I will return.

I love the variety of items that are offered here. I recently bought a Colorado inspired baby tee and an adorable baby book. My friend loved how unique both gifts were! The customer service was great as well. I'll most definitely be back the next time I need a baby gift.

The actual store is great no complaints however the employee working behind the counter made a comment to another employee about how she was sick. She was not wearing a mask at all which seems so insensitive being that we are still in a pandemic and whether or not you think you may have COVID nobody wants to get sick. When you are working directly with pregnant women and young children I cannot believe you would be willing to infect them with whatever illness you may be carrying. Very disappointed in the service because of that.

Where to start? The staff is freaking fantastic, they stock some really cute clothing and toys, and overall I just have a really good experience every time I go into the store. I’ve hung out inside with my daughter for hours... looking around and talking to the staff. I’ve learned a lot from my visits and always look forward to the next one.

Real Baby is a great baby store in the Highlands Neighborhood! They have super cute toys and clothes and I've stopped in several times walking up 32nd ave, just to see what's new. The staff is always friendly and very helpful.
