I actually worked with Natalie over the phone to order our new basketball goal with installation this past Christmas. It was a super easy experience. The installation elves were on time and efficient. My 9 year old son was delighted to get his Christmas present a few days early!

Went with recreation unlimited initially to check out goals because of their competitive pricing. It was nice to actually go inside a brick and mortar and see the specific goal I was interested in. I was met with Sheila, one of the sales rep, and she was very helpful but not pushy. I ordered the goal that day and the whole process was smooth and efficient. The install team was lead by Sarah who kept me updated and in the loop. We changed install dates several times due to bad weather and things that popped up on my end. She was very nice, super flexible, and easy to work with. The install team was Michael B. And Ashton and they were very nice and competent. They asked me questions and double and tripled checked with me about the location just to be sure. They were polite and didn’t need help or work from me. The best thing about this purchase…the whole thing was just headache free and no drama. I will def buy and use them to install for future projects.

Purchased a Goalrilla recently and had a great experience. I was impressed with the showroom. They have a lot of equipment, and they allow you to test them out. Natalie was very helpful and responsive. We worked out the details via email afterward since I wanted time to decide between a couple of different models. I opted to install the goal myself. Pick up at the warehouse was easy.

I hired Recreation Unlimited to install a brand new goalrilla basketball goal. Everything was smooth. They handled everything from installing the anchor to the entire goal. I only needed to be present at the start. They even ordered the utilities to be marked.

Recreation Unlimited was great to work with during the entire process of purchasing and installation of a new Bullfrog Hot Tub. Natalie, the sales person, spent a great deal of time showing us numerous hot tubs, highlighting and explaining their differences, while answering numerous questions we had.

The installation and electrical hook-up went extremely well, followed by an excellent tutorial on hot tub maintenance given to us by another member of the Recreation Unlimited team.

My wife and I were very pleased with the entire interaction we experienced with Recreation Unlimited and thus recommend them highly.

This is the 2nd time we have purchased a basketball goal and the service is always great. Plenty of communication on sales but no high presure sales and once the goal was purchased, they immediately called to set up the installation. Great experience!
