Just came to this location with a voucher from my work. I was greeted and helped by a gentleman named Eddie. The customer service was BEST I've ever had! Eddie is VERY knowledgeable about every product in this store. I will never go anywhere else to get boots. With or without a voucher. Thanks for a great visit and quality choice of boot, Eddie!

Purchased footwear for my daughter this week. Barbie was the clerk who assisted us. A decision was made on the style and size we needed. We were happy until arriving home and discovered Barbie put the wrong size in the bag. We returned early the next day for the correct size. It was a mistake, and mistakes happen. This is understandable. What matters is how a person own's up to their mistake. Barbie refused to take accountability or apologize. This is unfortunate. Red Wing sells a quality product service should be on the same level.

Walked in not even a half hour til close to find some hiking boots and was met with Eager Eddie, his enthusiasm was contagious. Told him about an upcoming trip overseas where I needed lightweight hiking boots with good ankle support, and he led me straight to a great pair that happened to be on sale. Chatted about our tattoos while he laced me up and they fit like a glove! In and out in 20 mins.

The new footbed scanner thing is pretty cool! Goes by how you walk not just how you stand. Was a neat surprise after coming back ~8 years after I got my Irish Setters here (heavily abused after years of construction work). My only minor gripe was the selection of women's style boots otherwise, but personally I like the wider ball width of men's boots anyway. Especially steel toe.

Staff is very helpful and friendly, and they have a good selection of work boots....they have gym shoes as well, but I was there for the work boots so I don't really know how
Big the volume of shoes they actually have....if anyone is interested, I would suggest calling the store to get a more accurate view instead of trusting a review by

I'm very disappointed in the Red Wing store at Avon I ordered a pair of Irish setter size 14 do the Avon store when they came the last one didn't fit right they told me it would break in it never did break in 6 months later I go back to the store and they told me they can't do nothing about it so I'm stuck with a new pair of boots I mean union carpenter I'll spread the word
