The manager at this location is amazing. I had to replace my first pair of shoes and get a high ankle pair, and he was amazing at showing me what products I should choose from. I also got the special insoles, and now I can easily stand up in the same spot for more than 8 hours every day.

I arrived around 6:45 (yes not the best move on my part) but Nykayla did a spectacular job helping me and was happy to stay a bit later to find the perfect boots and insoles. She answered all my questions very thoroughly as well. Excited for my feet to stay dry!

This location is always AMAZING! They have the best staff, I’m always able to find what I need. Theres a young lady named Nykayla there who is kind and efficient. She helped me find the right shoe for me and was even able to give recommendations. Red Wing has restored my faith in humanity. It’s refreshing to finally see a company care about the consumer. Some of the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever worn too. Don’t forget to ask for a free sticker too!

Went to redwing after having a bad experience with bootbarn. The retired man who was working was the best help one could find. Knowledgeable, willing to help, and friendly. The quality of the boot is superior to thorogoods I use to buy… Definitely my new boot store.

Went through two pairs of Redwings quickly, they are a comfortable boot especially with the custom insoles, but had quality issues with toes/stitching location. Seemed to be a hassle to send in boots/store suggested even taking them to a local shop for repair… didn’t want to mess with. Switched over to Thorogood and have had zero issues.
