Char was courteous and extremely helpful. She has wonderful customer service skills. She held back my boots for me until I was able to come back to purchase them 2 weeks later. When I come back next year I hope she is still there to assist me again.

My husband went in to get a replacement pair of boots under his warranty and was denied replacement when we still have 2 months left on the warranty. I’m very disappointed with the customer service. We decided to get another pair because he had to go out of town today but we will no longer be shopping here after this.

Incredible service. I told him exactly what I needed my boot to do and he picked out the perfect boot. My feet were scanned, and the boots were on my feet in less than 5 minutes. Truly the best boot buying experience I've ever had. Probably the best shopping experience I've ever had.
