I have NEVER, EVER, EVER, NEVER, bought a pair of boots like these before. From the moment I walked into this wonderful store, to the time I left, it was an amazing journey. I had no idea when you buy a pair of Red Wing boots, it's not just a transactional purchase - it's a journey, an experience if you will. In the Conyers location, you're first greeted by an amazing and VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE person named Marie...my goodness is all I can say - she knows her stuff. Once she finds out what you're looking for, she puts you through a boot-pairing process I have never seen before. You're given your results from a 'Red Wing Ultimate Fit Profile.' I won't tell you what this is because I really want you to experience this for yourself. Let's just say, you will never look at shoe/boot shopping the same way again. Marie will then bring you the items that are for you, or she can order what you want/need. And before you leave, Marie will tell you how to take care of your item(s) and what the return policies are. This was truly an experience I will not forget. Other words that come to mind when I think about my new boots and the entire process are quality, care, service, consistency, value, class, focus, dependability, honesty, integrity. The best thing you can do for your feet or the feet of your loved one, is to stop reading this review and get yourself to the Conyers store and allow Marie to take care of you. First time in the store and dealing with Redwings. Marie made the process so easy and stress free. She was fully educated on the products in the store and which direction to steer me to make the most informed decision. If the boots are even half as good as the service, I'll be a fan for life. Hands-down, the best experience I’ve ever had buying boots. Marie not only knows her boots. She knows how to explain the best fit for you. Why it’s best fit and what the best boot your job would be. If you’re looking for work boots and you don’t stop by here, you’re wasting your time.

I had a disappointing experience trying to buy boots here. I went in and was fitted and they had my size in stock. As I was going to check out, I asked the salesperson what the return policy was. She explained that this particular franchise store's owner did not honor Red Wing's return policy for the boots I was buying and they could only be exchanged. I called the Morrow location to ask about the return policy and they said of course they honor the policy and asked what store had told me otherwise. After I got off the phone and asked the salesperson if she could think of a reason I should buy the boots there rather than in Morrow she admitted there would be no reason to, but that it didn't matter to them because they sell plenty of shoes anyway. It seems really surprising that Red Wing corporate would not require franchises to honor their return policy and allow them to make their own rules which could differ from store to store. Setting that aside, I was taken aback to hear a salesperson explain to me that my business did not matter to them because they were otherwise successful in sales. That does not seem like a winning strategy for customer service. It goes without saying I didn't buy the boots and will be getting them from another location instead.

Marie was amazing I usually have trouble finding my right size in boots and she helped me not only find my right size but perfect insole for being on my feet for long hours at a time 10 out of 10 experiences I will definitely return to buy another pair

Go see Marie & Lynn - My husband and I walked in at the end of the day- most people would try and rush you out but not Marie and Lynn… they were AMAZING! Highly recommended! They helped him find the perfect boots, during our short time there not only did we find his boots, we also shared our personal testimonies with each other.. Redwing has two amazing ladies working for them in the Conyers GA location! We will be back!

My experience at red wing conyers was amazing! Marie was very helpful, patient and very knowledgeable about the products at the store. She was able to help me find great work shoes that fits great! Great customer service! Definitely will come back
