I’ve been here to the Greenwood store on u.s. 31 a few times for a few pairs of work boots. This visit was outstanding I had help from a young man named Kaleb an he was very helpful , kind and very well educated on the stock and options I had to choose from. I came in with complaints of pain on my heels and arches so bad to the point that I never even opened the box on my second pair of boots so he scanned my feet which was never done before, he showed me my best options and educated me on the options than got me into a pair of boots with some insoles that have completely changed the way my feet feel after a full shift at work all week. I commend the guy Kaleb as he was very helpful and knowledgeable compared to the guy I had dealt with on my previous visits I don’t mind things being quick and transactional but it was not informative what so ever compared to the experience that I had this time. I appreciate him being there that day and I am glad he got my feet feeling right along with the boots looking good ! Thank you Kaleb !

5⭐️ on the service Michael provided. Michael was very educated and asked all the right questions to help me get the right boot. He scanned my feet and got me into a pair insoles that made the boot feel super comfortable. Michael was very patient while I was trying to decide which boot to go with and ultimately went with his recommendation. We know the brand and the value of a high quality boot but you can’t beat good customer service.

We have been buying my husbands work boots here for years. We usually have great customer service and they help us through picking out his next pair. Went in today with every intention of leaving with a new pair of boots. A guy greeted us, we told him what we were looking for— I had to ask him to look up what boots my husband had last time. He gave us zero recommendations and didn’t seem interested in helping us. I asked him which was his best selling boot and he said “that one” and pointed across the room at a wall full of shoes. I had to ask “which one?” When my husband said he wasn’t interested in the look of that one, the guy went and sat at the desk and we had to approach him with questions. We decided to leave— we don’t want to buy shoes at this price tag from someone who isn’t interested in selling them to us.

I bought a pair of Redwing boots because of their reputation for quality. After 2 months of pain in my feet, I took them back. I paid $265 for these boots. They gave me another pair that were 1/2 size bigger. They seemed to help at first. I went back 3 months later and bought their best pair of anti-fatigue insoles for $55. They didn't help. I bought about 6 other pairs of insoles, seeking relief, nothing helped. Finally, in April 2024 I bought a new pair of Dewalt work boots at Meijer for $130. Meijer had them on sale at 50% off or $65. My feet were in heaven. No more sore feet. I tried to give Redwing the benefit of the doubt by trying the new insoles out of the Dewalts in the Redwings and their insoles in the Dewalts. Nothing seemed to work, so I took the boots back today, 7/7/24. I bought the original boots on 6/23/23. They said their warranty is for 1 year and wouldn't give my money back or exchange them for another pair, so I could get my money's worth out of them. This was the first and last pair of Redwings I'll buy. It's no wonder there are so many new pairs of Redwings on Facebook marketplace. If you buy Redwings, don't buy these! You'll regret it like I did. They did refund the price of the insoles, but only because they were warranted for a year and I bought them in November.

I've been in pain from your boots for almost a year. You refused to give my money back or another pair of boots, so I can atleast get my money's worth out of my wasted $265 and you think I'm going to give you another try. Now that's really funny! I'll see you in court!

I'll give you another try provided you're willing to exchange these for another pair of boots free of charge, but I won't be buying another pair, unless they prove to be worth it. I would like to love your product, but they have to be comfortable and long lasting. My issue is not with the quality, it's with the comfort. Generally, you get what you pay for. Better quality products cost more, but if they aren't comfortable, I'm not going to wear them very long. Most boots I've bought cost $150 or more, but they only last 6-8 months. If I could get 2 1/2 - 3 years out of a pair that cost me $250-$300, that would be a bargain and don't mind spending the money.

Measured both feet with new electronic system. Was able to view on my personal phone...new tech stuff! Fantastic. Was very helpful and even ordered the boot in the color I wanted.

I came into the Red Wing Shoe Store looking to find some new hiking boots and tennis shoes for my work! I found just that with an exceptional price as well!! I was able to take advantage of the sale on ladies boots. Caleb helped me out and showed me the right size for me. After showing me a beautiful blue pair of hiking boots (my favorite color) he laced them up for me and I took them for a test drive around the store. They fit great and felt like I was walking on a very supported cloud that would never hurt my feet. Perfect! As for the tennis shoes, I was slightly hesitant about buying these but Caleb assured me I would love them. Well after wearing them today on my 10 hour shift. After 10 hours it was like my feet never touched the ground. I am extremely happy about this purchase! The customer service in this store is absolutely amazing from the people, the sizing machine, even to trying the boots on. The personal touch of the employees tying them up and fitting the shoes is exceptional!!! I will only buy Red Wings!
