I was needing some work shoes. I knew I needed steel/composite toe but, other than that, I wasn’t completely sure what I needed. Jerry was more than happy to answer any questions I had and went back and forth from the back room multiple times to let my try on different pairs my size. He also used a machine to scan my feet, leading to the discovery that I have high arches, which is something I did not know, and proceeded to recommend and tell me the benefits of their arch support inserts over other brands’ cheap ones. He is one of the friendliest and most likable guys I have ever met, and I will definitely be shopping there again, if I ever need another/new pair.

I don't need to go in there very often but when I do, it's always fast, easy, and simple. The staff is always great to work with, and very very nice. They have always had what I wanted but they are more than happy to try to get something your size/ style ect if they don't have it in stock. Boot lace charm was mine.

Jeremiah is the number one guy to get boots from. Spends that extra time to make sure you get the correct boot for the job as well as getting your sole to match your arch. I am so pleased with my purchase. I would never want to go see anyone else. Jeremiah was very friendly today finding me a new pair of boots for work that wont hurt my feet! Great customer service! Even made my baby boy feel right at home all comfy in the chair! Excited to wear my new boots tomorrow to work!
