First let me say how awesome Redline Powersports Augusta is. Super happy to have Indian dealership in Augusta. This was by far the best new bike buying experience I have ever had. Mark and Matt helped me with getting a new Indian. The new scout line up is so awesome and these gentleman helped me get 2025 Scout 101. I love this bike thank you guys you both are awesome and you have my business going forward.

Worst experience ever with the service department even with new management. They had my machine for almost 8 months for some cosmetic damage. My machine sat in the sun for months and baked . 2023 polaris ranger north star ultimate that I purchased from them looks 10 years old now. They didnt even try to make it right, they were like oh sorry.They installed a new tip out windshield and couldn't never get It adjusted right. I can stick my hand through a gap on the driver side. The new service manager said that is the best they can do and it's in spec. This manager seems to have very little knowledge on sxs's. Tried to reach out to the general manager a few times but he can't seem to respond. I will never buy or take anything to redline augusta period. I do not recommend them to anyone.

Let me talk to ya! Jordan and Matthew handled me with kitten gloves! These 2 gentlemen and well as the other gentlemen in the store were nothing but patient and kind to me. Felt like I’ve known these fellas for years. When it was all said and done, Jordan had me rolling out of their parking lot with my new baby! God I love this machine!

So it turns out the business phone lines were down on that particular day. As soon as I talk to the staff they assured me that everything would be taken care of, they picked my baby up and kept their word!!! Anyway, I got my baby back!!!! She is GREAT!!! I would like to PERSONALLY THANK Paul and the rest of the staff for taking care of me!!!

Everyone here was very helpful and definitely very friendly and answered any questions I had and they pointed me in the right direction for the machine for me so I left with a brand new Polaris sportsman 570 trail edition and I absolutely love it I highly recommend checking them out if you’re looking for anything powersports, I will definitely buy from them again once it’s time to upgrade machines!

I brought a 2022 Polaris General in for front differential oil change and a belt inspection. I called ahead and was given a date for the work - July 31, 2024. I was told I could pick it up that same afternoon.

When I called that day to see if it was ready, they said I needed a gasket and 4 screws for the belt cover. It might be a week for those parts. I was surprised they didn’t have these common parts in stock.

They recommended another inspection and after that inspection I was told I needed a bracket replaced. More time delays were indicated. I told them I was concerned they’d had it so long and I didn’t want it out side. They assured me it was stored indoors. My gasket and screws hadn’t come in; or perhaps just couldn’t be located. I ordered those parts on line as a contingency.

A couple of weeks later I inquired and a “new” service manager told me they couldn’t find the parts. I told him I received the parts in two days from my order. Later they said they found my parts after all and promised they’d be installed the next day.

I called several days later as I’d had to go out of town.

This time, the brackets didn’t include bushings…

Another week goes by.

When I called again, I was told they had received wrong brackets altogether.

Today (October 9, 2024), I spoke to yet another ‘new’ service manager. He promised to get to the bottom of things and call me back. After a few hours, I tired of awaiting for his call and drove 40 minutes with a trailer and retrieved the General. The battery was dead and it was full of pine needle from being stored outside. One of the seats was removed to access the battery which they let go dead (the unit was purchased new in June 2022 so battery should’ve been fine). The only actual work reportedly done was the front differential oil change. This is a ten-fifteen minute job for a novice. The bill was $233.67.

In short, this shop is not ready for customers. Two of the techs admitted they are looking for another job. They reported that the GM had quit and so someone was acting in the position. There were reportedly three service managers in the time frame since July 31.

The employees were respectful, maybe even courteous. But competence, truthfulness, and results would’ve been much more appreciated.

As I was standing at the service desk, I saw a note for the shop to call “Barney” with an ETA for a unit he’d dropped off that morning. I’m debating calling him to let home know it might be a long wait - he is a fellow retired co-worker.

Redline sports was awesome to deal with. I knew what I was looking for and as soon as I contacted them they sent pictures and descriptions of the options I could choose from. The next business day my sales lady Jen took me straight to the ATV I was interested in, she was very knowledgeable and was easily able to answer all my questions. I was in need of my new machine and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Thank you Jen and the team at Redline Soirts in Augusta Georgia.
