NON-PAYMENT for transortation. We were given a load with a type of payment COD check. When the driver arrived on the scheduled date, we were told that the person who writes checks was away and would be back in a few days, and when he returned, they would send us a check by mail. Adrian with Southern Livery promised us that everything would be fine. It's been exactly 2 months since the delivery, no payment, Southern Livery Sales does not respond to messages, in the last message they were extremely rude. BE AWARE!

This company sells motor homes and that's all they do. They are poor when it comes to backings up their product. The warranty they sell you isn't worth the paper it is written on. The warranty might as well be written on toilet paper because that's where it is headed. You are better off buying a product from someone else. I have been working with their dealer in florida General RV who brags about being the biggest family dealership around. They are also terrible in getting any warranty problems taken care of. Including recalls they have sent. If you buy from them don't expect any service after they get your money. It's adios to you and we got your money so long pal.
They also charge 180 per hour labor and I wouldn't trust them to get anything right. When and if you deal with them kiss your money good by it's adios to your money also and expect no service from them cause your not going to get anything. They sell holiday rambler and other products.
They are doing an RV show in Jacksonville Fl. If you will like seeing your money go bye bye and no further service these are your guys.

Warranty work after 3 weeks was not complete and still in need of repairs. Microwave bracket that was bent - is now cracked, brackets and door pull/locks for cabinets were not fixed or repaired adequately; one bracket is still not installed and one cabinet is impossible to pull open. Missing components - AMP,. We were told the shimmy in the wheels was fixed by replacing a tire with a flat spot - ? Shimmy still exists and there is no new tire? We are uncertain about the anti freeze leak issue - we were told it was fixed and based on other deficiencies - we do not know yet. Screen/slider still rattles like a thunderstorm. I would not but one of these vehicles. We have had nothing but problems with our Mercedes Sprinter Passage manufactured by REV/Midwest Automotive and sold by Conejo RV. Worst experience on a new purchase - in my 55 years - never have we had so many issues with any new (or even used) purchase. 👎
