Had a mother of the groom dress altered. Fist off she didn't pin the hem to ensure the right length. The front was too short after altered. Had the shoulder and arm pit altered too. The arm area was not finished off and sequins on sleeves were not tyed off. As I tried on, sequins were falling off. She looked at it and said she missed one thread when tying off. I suggested they keep the dress to double check everything. I was told no need for that. When I got the dress home, more sequins fell off in bag. I found several threads that were clipped and found the arm hole hadn't been finished off. Very sloppy job. I also had a scheduled appointment to try on, after the alterations were made. When I got to the shop it was closed and no one was around.
After getting negative feed back when trying to get these things fixed, I decided to go to someone else to ensure it's done properly with no drama.

I used them for two separate pageant evening gowns! Taking expensive or important gowns anywhere can be very scary but I felt very comfortable leaving my custom and couture gowns there! They came back beautiful and perfect! On my custom Fire gown they removed an overlapping belt that distracted from the beauty of the dress and added more clasps to help with the weight of the over skirt! On the other gown they shortened the bottom and went above and beyond and added extra support to help the dress hold its shape even better! They took two national level pageant gowns and made them fit perfectly!

Rosie is a Very, very talented seamstress who did miracles with my wedding dress to make sure it fit exactly the way i had hoped and dreamed it would. She perfectly altered my dress, my spouse’s wedding attire, and my bridesmaids’ dresses to fit to a T. She met with me four times and never hesitated to make the adjustments I requested. She has altered all of my wedding, event, and casual dresses along with some skirts, blazers, and pants with very affordable pricing! I am very petite, so most clothes do not fit me properly. However, she could tailor everything to fit me like a glove without damaging the original clothing constructions. My wedding dress was too big, but she could tailor it in two weeks, and the result was beyond my expectations. Thank you so much for doing all your fantastic work!

I've used them twice. I'm a man and brought some jackets to them and told them what I wanted. They were very nice and thorough in taking measurements and seeing what I wanted. I even had them do a custom job on a jacket that we weren't even sure how it would turn out but I left it with them and it turned out better than I had expected. If you want it done right and at a fair price and with friendly service you would do yourself a favor to make this your go to spot.

I was very pleased with the alterations to my mother of the groom dress. Her workmanship is of the highest quality & she pays close attention to details and proper fit. She had to completely disassemble & rework the jacket to my dress, and now everything fits perfectly! I definitely would recommend her!
