Consider twice before ordering, and ONLY if you’re picking them up - do not except delivery as promised. Yes, Mothers Day is likely the second busiest day next to Valentine’s Day but prior to ordering over the phone with the owner Tabitha instead of online I triple confirmed “Friday Mother’s Day delivery is available, yes!” If you’re “so busy” say no and don’t take the order. I placed my order and spent a little extra for a nicer bouquet (definitely NOT worth the $25 upgrade, scared to see what woulda arrived otherwise!) - the owner pushed the ‘designers choice’ okay fine. Asked my mom to wait for something special before she left work, she even stayed a little late. When she called and asked me why she stayed late, I knew they never showed up. Upon ruining the surprise and telling my mom what I tried to do, she instantly knew who I used and said she’s has two other failed deliveries from this same place in the past, one was over a week late. I called Tabitha Saturday morning and she had nothing but excuses and swore I said Saturday delivery, okay cool but upon waiting again at work all day - they came last second after she stayed late once again. The absolute cherry on top of this disaster was the “gift card” was a copy of the sales receipt which has a gift message, next to the cost of my mothers flowers - real classy Roping Faith. Do not expect your order on time or possibly ever, expect excuses and confusion and disappointment. **edit: “first off”….I acknowledged this in my initial review, absolutely no excuse to be so rude when the customer was doing all the can to be understanding. I absolutely expected a reply with excuses and blaming others but this was the worst small business experience, leaving out the owner flat yelled at me over the phone - AVOID THIS BUSINESS AND OWNER.

Tabitha from Roping Faith Flowers has gone above and beyond today with a delivery for my Son & his family. This is the second time I had ordered from here for Christmas and a short holiday notice from me but she was so kind. I ordered a dozen roses and wanted something more Holiday -Festive like that I did not see on her website. She asked me wanted I wanted to include and I said just make it the way you would if you were sending it to a loved one. OMG! The best bouquet ever! I had called two other shops that were closer to the delivery area for Sandia Park and they did not seem to care to get my business. Her delvery day and time were accurate and I will only order from her from here on. I live out of state and want to make sure when I purchase something I cannot physically see it is important to me. She had great business and customer service skills- She is very kind! Thank you Tabitha!

UPDATE: 9-23-22 The business owner values her customers follows thru and did all she could to turn it around to provide great customer service and not only gave a refund but delivered a beautiful bouquet of flowers to my sister to make up for it. Life happens sometimes, but know, she really values her customers, reputation and her work is absolutely amazing! Many thanks Tabitha! (Pic attached) Previously reviewed... DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BUSINESS! I wish I would have read the reviews first before ordering. I thought with almost 5 stars they must be trust worthy. Well, it looks like I'm getting the same run around that other people got 4 months ago & 7 months ago with the same story of "illness". I ordered flowers for my sister's birthday and they were never delivered, no notifications, I contacted them and got an email back saying they had to go to the hospital with their child and their child was top priority which I completely support, but when the flowers were still not delivered after that and then when I asked for a refund, they said they delivered them today, when they did not, I'm seeing that this looks like a pattern for this company. Looks like other people are fighting for refunds too. Save yourself the headache and order elsewhere. *So now I would actually say order from Roping Faith because she does value her customers and does beautiful work :) 9-23-22

My sister purchased a floral arrangement online and had it delivered to me. I noticed that there was a card stapled to the bow on the arrangement. It was a condolence card for someone who had recently lost their baby. I was sure that it was just a mistake and that the orders had gotten switched. I sent pics of the flowers and the card to the florist. I didn't even get the courtesy of a phone call, just a text with a pic of the online order on it. I saw what my sister ordered: a Christmas arrangement with white flowers, turquoise accents and some greenery. I got an arrangement with purple, orange, yellow and white (daisies) flowers. It was NOT pretty, and it certainly didn't look festive. My sister called the lady at the shop, and she basically told my sister that it's too bad I didn't like the flowers. She insisted there was nothing wrong with it. My sister said that the florist didn't follow the instructions. The lady went off on her and said she was too busy to deal with this. Then she hung up on my sister. Needless to say, neither one of us will ever do business here again.

I have placed three orders over as many years. Arrangements always are beautiful and delivered promptly to San Pedro Creek Estates in Sandia Park for a very reasonable fee. This photo is of the "Florist Choice In-Stock Large" which was delivered the Thursday before Mother's Day.

I wanted to purchase something from a local shop during these difficult times. Roping Faith Flowers and Boutique has a great website (easy to navigate and understand), a wonderful selection and competitive pricing. The arrangement was even more beautiful in person than pictured on the website. The arrangement was fresh, delivered on the day requested and arrived safely. For such a sad occasion, this was a beautiful choice. I will choose Roping Faith again!

Amazing! With 24 hours notice, and an epic last minute issue, Roping Faith Flowers was able to pull together my entire wedding flowers including bouquets, corsages, cake flowers, etc. Not only did they pull it off, they also delivered to the venue because it we were strapped for time and people (8 person covid restrictions). This level of customer service is beyond the extra mile, more like 10,000 extra miles! Thank you.

I live in South Carolina and wanted to have flowers delivered to my friend in New Mexico. Google led me to Roping Faith Boutique, a flower shop in my friend's area. They had the best prices around and were very accommodating! I ordered the little flower cupcake and it was better than I could have hoped for! They put it together so beautifully. It's like they read my mind and knew exactly what to do to make it perfect, and the delivery was timely and on schedule.
