I have tried to get in touch with the Manager of the store. I'm very unhappy with the product that I purchased there. She will not answer my phone calls. They will not give me the owners number. I feel like I'm the customer and been treated other than that. I have had such bad luck with the products. I paid my account in full before I had to I also l paid a lot of money. I would really would like the owner or someone to reach out . I should be made happy as a customer. If the owner could please reach out to me I would appreciated. The manager will not respond to me and when I call the store no one answers.

Had an issue with a table that we bought and picked up. Had to take the top off to get it in the house. With the top off, noticed a big crack in the wooden leg. Went back to the store and Ryan was very helpful in initiating a claim with Ashley to get replacement parts to make it right. Great customer service at Roswell Home Center!

The manager was extremely helpful and informative. He answered all questions and was very patient. I had more than enough time to decide what furniture I wanted and never felt rushed. The salesman was courteous and more than willing to answer any questions as well. This was absolutely the most enjoyable furniture shopping I have done. I highly recommend going to Roswell Home Center for any furniture needs.

Great selection and extremely helpful and friendly staff. They had a lot of patience with us to make sure we found the pieces that fit our needs and budget. Joe was a great salesman. I never felt any pressure to buy and I really appreciate that approach.

Great service it took us three trips to decide on our furniture purchase and Cone and his people were extremely helpful with the process. He is very knowledgeable about all of the furniture in his stock and what would work best in our new home. We will definitely be coming back for any other furniture that we need.

Rita was great, the store manager whom I forgot his name was also wonderful. We will definitely be back. Oh and let me not forget to give a HUGE shout out and thank you to John and Gary who delivered our beautiful lazy boy furniture today. They were early and took great care in placing our furniture. We’re just bummed we didn’t have cash on hand to tip them. Very professional and kind. Great job guys!

Great store! We went in and found exactly what we needed quickly, with the help of a very kind salesperson. The product was taken out on a dolly and loaded into our vehicle. Everyone was so helpful. Will definitely do business there in the future. Let’s support our local businesses!
