I had the pleasure of working with Jo Ann at this screen printing and embroidery shop for a last-minute custom koozie order for my son and daughter-in-law's wedding, and I can't express how grateful I am for the exceptional service we received. We made the unfortunate mistake of forgetting to order these special keepsakes until just a week before the big day. Jo Ann not only came through for us but went above and beyond to ensure our order was processed in record time. Her dedication and commitment to making this wedding extra special for us were truly remarkable. When we received the koozies, I was thrilled with the quality of the final product. The attention to detail, the vibrant colors, and the precision of the printing and embroidery were flawless. It was evident that this shop takes immense pride in their craft, and it showed in the finished product. I wholeheartedly recommend this shop to anyone in need of screen printing and embroidery services. Jo Ann and her team's professionalism, craftsmanship, and outstanding customer service deserve all the praise. They turned what could have been a stressful situation into a delightful experience, and for that, we are incredibly grateful. Thank you for making the wedding even more memorable with these beautifully crafted koozies.

Shoddy work and horrible customer service. Still don’t have the re-made items for an order originally received (defective!) in mid-December. They don’t even pretend to care that my son won’t have his apparel for Saturday. In fact, they stated that other kids on his team didn’t have theirs yet either as those also shipped today. I will be letting all of his teams know about this experience. The items never last long, and are often very unprofessional looking, but this is a new low.

This is the place if you need any type of corporate or personal identity apparel or affinity clothing. Please check out JoAnn and her team. You can't miss her shop, it is the brightest, most colorful store front on the block. I promise you, you will be wowed beyond your expectations. Running Around does great work on quality clothing products and the customer service is outstanding. I sincerely recommend their work. Check them out today and they are also open on weekends.

Best printers in the Fort Wayne area! They made us some amazing shirts, excellent quality, and they did it for a great price, in 2 days! Super friendly and great to work with. Much better than buying online and getting who knows what! They let us look at samples in the shop and walked us through every step.

Love this place! I get all of my merchandise embroidered and pressed here. Once Joann gets to know you, she can crank out short-notice orders quickly.

Abysmal customer service. The owner won’t even return a call or come to the phone. Her shop assistant is rude and uncaring. The place isn’t handicap accessible, which Is horrible in 2023. I’d rather pay twice as much and have a quality product and capable customer service.

Would be helpful if business hours were updated. Received message that my order was ready and drove 30 minutes only to find that they close 3 hours earlier than posted. Wish they would have sent new hours before I wasted a trip. Staff was very responsive to situation and mailed product swiftly.
