I wouldn't buy a pack of gum from that outfit. I paid for 5 gal water bottles 5 dollars a piece on top of water cost . I went to return the bottles and retrieve my deposit money and he refused. So I guess they just keep your money

I’m not one to give up on a place and probably will just get my dog food there cuz it’s the closest to us. I’m so sad about this place. When it was Big R I would drive out of my way to come here and get supplies for my chickens and always found great deals there. Always used to get my garden plants there too. But no more… it’s not that your product is bad it’s the employees you have working for you at the Gibson city store. Bad attitudes, lazy and uninformed. I was there today and treated like I was a bother and asking too many questions.That’s not the first time that has happened to me. I also observed a cashier not paying attention to the man that was waiting patiently to be acknowledged… when she finally looked up. She told him “ I can’t check you out I’m getting ready to go to lunch” the man smiled and went to a different line. REALLY!? She couldn’t take the time.
That’s how you loose business.. crapy employees. I hope there’s a change soon. I never recommend your store like I used to when it was Big R
When it was Big R the employees knew the customer and visa versa. Maybe one day Runnings in Gibson city will be a welcoming and caring place to shop once again

Although we could not find a heavy clamp, I thought the store to be well organized. We don't like Milwaukee tools as they are too expensive. It would be nice if you carried craftsman tools.

This store has a pretty good fishing department worth shopping at. Tons of tools, pet supplies, garden items and clothes.
