Second time I've ordered this ame arrangement. I live on the mainland, my lady on Big Island. She is also a florist. She says they're a beautiful arrangement and they're really fresh. So... I am extremely satisfied with Saddora and their work.

Great service! My siblings and I wanted to send some flower over to my mom for her birthday. So glade we were able to from out of state. They picked up my phone calls and help out with how to make the delivery since I only had a P.O. Box address. I would highly recommend them for any of your florist needs, thanks again!

We needed an arrangement for a dear friend. We did an online order from Ohio we were extremely impressed with Sadorra in how well they kept us updated through the delivery process. We were surprised to receive a “Bloomsnap” from them that was a picture of our friend with the arrangement. We would highly recommend Sadorra!

Very impressed with their customer service. I placed my flower order online. I scheduled the delivery. On the day of the delivery, Sadorra called me to let me know they arranged the delivery with my friend. Then, they emailed me letting me know the flowers were delivered. Furthermore, they sent me a picture of my friend receiving the beautiful flowers. I would definitely order from them again!!!!

Not living on the island, I had no idea which florist to choose when sending an arrangement to a friend who lives there. I found Sadorra Floral online & liked what I saw. Consequently, the arrangement I chose was PERFECT! My friend send me a picture & it looks EXACTLY as depicted on the website! I would highly recommend this florist to anyway seeking perfection.

I wanted to give my former piano teacher a birthday bouquet for her 91st birthday. Sadorra Floral returned my call promptly during the coronavirus pandemic. The woman, Trinell (sp?) whom I spoke with was very helpful and kind. I was concerned because the address that I had was not in Google maps since it is in a rural area. Sadorra Floral was wonderful! They delivered the bouquet on time, and it was huge and gorgeous! Sadorra Floral even emailed me a photo of the delivery. Thank you very much, Sadorra Florist! You enabled me to make my former piano teacher very happy!

I had called them right when opened asking for same day delivery. However online had no sympathy arrangements and there’s not much choices in this small town in Hilo Hi. In fact they did not have much at all. Not even simple roses or any white flowers. they promised a delivery but that it would be late afternoon by 5-5:30. I said late but ok. Twice I was asked if this was ok I said yes.called back several times only Got voicemail. Trying to confirm which flowers they had left to use because they never told me . After sending me one email with only two options I tried to call again and got voicemail only yet AGAIN. I left message saying to call so we can finalize the order. Very hard to choose when there’s no pictures of bouquets but was still willing to work with them . However, After all morning and half the afternoon waiting to hear I get email saying they can not fulfill my order today for no reason, not even having the decency to call. My mother’s Son had passed and I live in CA. There was no sympathy flowers from me because of how apathetic they are and unwilling to help me that day. How unprofessional and incompassionate I told them, and how important these flowers were to be delivered today. They did not obviously care. Horrendously poor customer service do not count on this florist they will only disappoint.
