Sam Michael’s did the suits/tuxes for my wedding. My now husband and sons looked AMAZING!!! They did a phenomenal job. They were quick and had a very good selection. I won a discount suit for my husband from Sam Michael's at a Bridal Expo. The first time we went into the store we had a positive experience, we worked with Andrea who was very helpful in getting us exactly what we wanted. The trouble we originally had was the suit that we wanted to go with couldn't be rented, they had to be bought. So we went ahead and paid for the full suit, pocket square, tie, shoes, belt, vest, shirt, everything. The total cost was over $600. Then we sent the Groomsmen to go get fitted and order their suits. It was downhill from there because we had multiple groomsmen complain to us that the staff was rude either on the phone or in person. Everytime someone went into the store they were told they couldn't find our sheet, they didn't have the right wedding date written down, or they were telling people vests weren't necessary after I told them they were. They lost the measurements for our groomsman who lives out of town and were requesting that he come back again to get fitted when that wasn't an option. Once the suits arrived none of them fit the groomsmen and all had to go in for additional alterations. When my husband went in to pick up his suit they couldn't find his record of payment so he had to drive home to go search for it. It was just one thing after another and for some place that we spent so much money at and had 8 other people spend a lot of money at you would think it would be a LOT more professional than it was. Overall very disappointed.

I first started coming to Sam Mochael's when it was a tiny little shop that did alterations, tailoring and rented tuxedo. They have always provided personalized service, with a smile and have always delivered on what they said they woukd do, when they said they would do it. My wife brings her clothing in and I even have them alter my bird hunting gear. The pricing is fair for any work that they do and the store is expanding to offer and even larger selection of high quality mens wear.

Sam Michael's is the only place I will go for new suits and tailoring adjustments. Mike and Sam are very friendly, fast, and professional. The store offers an expansive selection of suits, ties, shoes, and clothing. This family-owned business is one that you should support! If you haven't been into their store go check it out!

Ended up getting a suit from them and when I called originally the receptionist lady didn’t really seem to have the best attitude.
I ended up getting fitted and there was a little mix up with suits. I explained accurately and it was still messed up. Thankfully Michael knew what was going on which was was great. I came in to get my suit and was told it would be ready a certain day and it wasn’t (I live very far) so it upset me. But Michael made everything right and made sure to steam my suit and remembered who I was. I appreciate that. My only reccomendation would be maybe the office staff ladies be a little more aware of dates. When I was in there to get fitted the first time there was also another mix up with another customer. I’m still going to give 5 stars. Only because Mike took care of everything and made sure to be super attentive. Thank you.

My son needed a tux for his senior prom. This was the weekend before Memorial Day. We called on Thursday and without hesitation they told us we can come in that night or even as late as Saturday and my son would be fitted, the tux altered and ready for pickup on Tuesday morning! I happily drove 45 min there and back! The only negative is for the man, who I'm assuming was the owner, who snapped orders at the woman who was assisting me. The tux rental came with a shirt, suspenders, shoes, and pocket square. Make sure to ask what shirt and accessories come with the rental. The tux mannequin in the store had a lapel flower that I thought came with the package, but it was not included. I looked up a YouTube video on how to fold the pocket square. My son was happy with the fit! He looked so handsome! I'm so grateful- thank you for taking care of us on extremely short notice! I highly recommend Sam Michael's!
