Sandman Brothers is so far from their competition they are on another level. I had to buy a car today and started out somewhere else where they had nothing on the lot and tried to guilt trip me into something old with lots of miles. I was already exhausted by the time we got to Sandman Brothers but let me tell you Blake had 4 of the model of car I was interested in, keys in hand and ready for me. He told me to pick one and take it for a spin. He was in no rush and I fell for the first one I drove. He walked me over to Larry who handled the paperwork still no complications or guilt trips. They made the whole process easy and relaxing. They’ve won me over for life! Thank you to Blake and Larry for having my back and getting me into a beautiful car!

don’t even want to give 1 star for this company. We bought a car last year. We bought it used without a warranty. About a month after buying the car, we started having bad issues. A lot of oil consumption, a little shaking, and the car not wanting to run smoothly. We reached out the Sandman Brothers to see if there was anything we could do since we had just purchased the car and thought that since they had been around over a 100 years they would be able to help us and figure out what was going on. They offered to look at our car and do a compression test for $25. After doing the compression test, they said nothing was wrong and sent us on our way. After having another mechanic look at it, he stated that our number 1 spark plug was completely charred and burnt. This is something that they should have noticed if they did in fact do a compression test. We had all of our spark plugs replaced. Fast forward to now, we are still having the same issues, we can’t even drive the car. We have since had it looked at with another mechanic, which has said that our piston rings are bad. If Sandman brothers did in fact do a compression test, I would think that you would notice all piston rings being faulty. I am not a mechanic but I sure wish that Sandman Brothers showed more compassion and caring to their customers. I will never go back to this company for anything. It is very sad that a company that has been around as long as they have would dismiss this and not even try to help. Please take your money and time elsewhere!

Charlie Ayers is my trusted Service Manager and, with the able assistance of his deputy Jess, they are always responsive to my needs. I appreciate thast they always listen carefully and we discuss any suspected issues and the general scope of repairs before work begins. I spoke with a salesman about a GMC Denali they had in stock. I specifically told this salesman that if I was going to purchase I would be paying cash. I never asked the dealership to finance the truck. I ended up buying a truck in another state. Sandman somehow did a hard credit inquiry and NEVER had my social security number or written permission to do this. I’m not sure how they did this. I would avoid this company.
