I went there to buy 1 or 2 pairs of shoes. My feet are very difficult to fit due to swelling and deformities. Salesman Joel was very patient with me. We kept fine tuning till we got the right size, the right fit. Not everything that I was interested in was in stock. I had him bring out about 20 pairs of shoes for me to try. Finally got what I was pleased with. The second pair had to be shipped to me. BUT will be arriving in 3 days.

The worst place ever, the girl who works there is useless and she don't help at all. I took my mother there to buy a pair of shoes and we were first customers, she said you can take a look, then another customer came and she kept talking with her around 30 to 40 minutes and we were just waiting for he to finish her talking, at the end a told me mom to leave because she was disrespectful with her attitude, she saw us leaving then she came saing i will bring the shose, i said no,i don't want it anymore, she said okay without saying sorry.

Waited 30 minutes for the manager to come and show new employee how to write up my request. Needed to have sas shoes resolved. Then they explained process will take 5-6 months. Not working due to flu.
