Very lovely man in the store. He got straight to work on my friend and I’s watches and was very helpful and informative with all our questions and helped us when he saw us confused about a certain setting on our watch. A couple of our watches he replaced the battery for but they didn’t working afterwards and he charged us appropriately keeping that in mind. Highly recommend and reasonable pricing!

This 77 year old business is the reason America is great. We took my wife's watch in for repair and he got it going again when we thought we'd have to replace it. I guess I'll have to think of something else for her for Christmas.

Had two great experiences with this business.

1 - had to fix a Swiss imported watch for a friend. Done within the week and working until this day.

2 - Needed to get a new band for an out of production watch which had a unique width. His only requirement was to wait an extra week for his special order to come in. New band has lasted me 3 years.

I will always go to this small businessman for my watch repairs.

Joe is a Master Watchmaker, literally. The business runs through the family and it shows as Joe is very informative on watches and is happy to explain everything that he does. I have done business here several times and I can confidently say that as long as he is in business, he will have mine.

Had a watch needing repair. Internals worked but needed new glass and plastic ring. Gave me an estimate of $55-60 and said to give him a week or two. I didn't see that watch completed until 4 MONTHS LATER. During this time there were numerous calls and visits to the shop, each time getting a different excuse/story and why it wasn't done yet. After getting tired of me calling more frequently he finally finished it and generously offered a discount for all the time he took. $5 off. How generous. Avoid this shop like the plague.
