They never have a good selection of Miami Dolphins Shirts. Sometimes not any on fact. Every team but it seems! You would think for ANY Florida team, they would have a selection of different TShirts to sell! Total bummer

Thank God for Scots Sporting Goods! Kris helped my daughter and I while we were in town from Hawaii for USA Softball National Team Tryouts. We had an emergency glove repair and we were in a pickle. Luckily, Kris was there to provide great customer service and was such an amazing help with other softball gear that we needed! Kris fixed my daughter's glove lickety split and got us the gear we needed in time for her games! Kris went above and beyond and I am thankful for it! Thank you Kris and Scots Sporting Goods for such a great experience! You have earned two customers for life!

Came to Scott's by way of a friend's recommendation. I mostly spoke with Penny (in store and through email) to get some company embroidery shirts. The process is a little long as the art work has to be converted for embroidery, then a test run, and after my approval, applied to the shirts they ordered for me. The total time was right at three weeks. I’ve worked with other quality embroidery shops in Texas and this is about the same turn-around time from new art work to embroidered garment. My shirts turned out great. I’m sure I’ll be getting more in the near future.

Very Poor customer service. Called ahead and the guy who answered, was rushing to end the call. Went to the store and started to ask the embroidery lady a question, and she turned her back to me before I even finished my question walking to get the guy from my phone call earlier. The guy didn't even remember what I asked him on the phone 10 mins prior and obviously wasn't listening to what I was telling him right there in the store either, because he showed me the exact pants I told him I didn't need. I do not plan on going back.

Had the BEST shopping experience at Scott's. My daughter came home from school with a list of things she would need. The instructor suggested Scott's. They had everything she needed and there was someone there to help with questions (which I did have). Love this place!!! I love that you can go somewhere and have someone to ask questions with that really does know the answers.

Worst customer service ever. Whoever is in charge of the online stores for school uniforms is so rude and unfriendly. Took 3 weeks to just put a small logo on a jacket that is not even the same color as in the picture on the website. They charge so much in addition to the actual price of the item, which is already expensive. The fabric was also very thin and poor quality relative to the price. So ugly, poor quality, and overpriced.

Maybe have some pride in your work and get a better attitude, just saying.

We stopped by on a Thursday afternoon to have four (4) tee shirts made. We wanted each to say "just married", the date, and our last name on the back. We wanted two small and two extra large white shirts. When I walked in and told the younger guy what I wanted with the shirt sizes and colors then he stated he was out of those sizes in white.. I was a bit taken aback, white is a very popular color and we were not asking for odd sizes either. But, the younger guy said he would waive the fee for an outside shirt as long as we brought them back that day. So we went to Walmart and purchased some ouselves and brought back. When we returned the older guy (assuming the owner, per the younger guy stating he was coming in after him) was at the counter. He knew who we were by the note left by the younger guy and when we mentioned what we wanted. The owner questioned why I wanted black lettering, being a girl, and I stated we wanted the exact same shirts. We must have said it three times before he understood. I felt as if he was judging me on it. After, we asked him about how long and he sarcastically said " you just dropped them off" and we were like, yeah, and how long will it take? We wanted to know since we needed them for Saturday. He responded by saying "sometime tomorrow, we will call". We never were asked about font style, size, or numbering options. We are happy with the result, but definitely not worth the near 50$ we spent there plus the 20$ we spend on the shirts. I recommend using a different sporting goods company. We both felt as though they did not need our business since they already have the high school's business. Both us felt as if we were more of a burden to them. We will not return.

The staff at Scott's emulate the man himself......professional,kind,prompt and has been taking care of local little leagues for decades. They do all of my uniforms for baseball and work embroidery. They are the best!
