This store has a great selection of products and brands to choose from. The staff was very helpful and friendly! Genevieve greeted me as I walked in and helped me choose items for a gift. I walked away very satisfied with my purchase!

Very friendly customer service here and a good selection of brands as well as selection of products from each brand. Lots of parking out side both covered and none covered. Lots of staff to help with what you need and help picking the right colors. They also do free make-up on you, you can schedule that. Very clean looking store.

Greeted from the moment I walked in. Explained what I was looking for and Kerry Or Carry sorry don't know how to spell her name, was the best. After taking a snap shot of my skin she immediately directed me to exactly what I needed. Friendly staff excellent customer service! The best in my experience.

Took my cousin here for her first complete set of makeup and brushes. Everyone in the store was so friendly and helpful, but Isabella stood out and helped the most by far! She has such an eye for color and was able to get my cousin color matched, as well as taught her how to use the different products. We left feeling like we were really taken care of and- most importantly, my cousin looks AMAZING! Isabella is very knowledgeable about different brands and skin types and was able to get my cousin set up with just the right tinted moisturizer, brow gel, blush, highlighter, mascara, lip tint and setting powder. It’s a perfect look with just the right natural but glowing finish for a young woman getting started with makeup. Thank you so much, Isabella! You’re such a great artist and teacher!

Got a gift card for my gf. Was definitely getting some weird looks, but staff was very friendly and suggested the tiny gift bag with a seal. It's the little details, right?! Well done, she loved it - even mentioned the little bag. Winnah!

I walked in about 10am today 2/15/23 and was met by a sales person. I wanted to exchange a product my sister bought for me before Christmas day and presented it to me on Christmas day. The young woman's disposition seemed generally indifferent OVERALL. I told her I wanted to exchange the pencil eyeliner/eyebrow shaper for a lighter shade. The packaging of the item I wanted to return was UNBROKEN. SHE looked at the receipt I provided to her and said the product could not be returned, as they don't make exchanges if it's over 2 months since the date of purchase, BUT I received it Christmas day 2022. WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO!!!?
I WILL NOT SUPPORT THIS BRAND WITH ANY FUTURE PURCHASES. IT'S A RIP OFF AN..CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS LACKING SERVICE WAS

I called ahead to put something on hold and they were very nice and helpful When I came to pick it up. Moved me along quickly so I got what I needed. Not super busy either which was a plus.
