Andrea was very helpful in helping me find exactly what I was looking for ! I had a trip that involved last minute shopping . Went into the store nervous I wouldn’t find anything but she knew exactly what to get . I will continue to do more shoe shopping here 🙂

The store has a great of selection of shoes but the cashier was very rude and was even more rude towards my girls all because they bounced the play ball in the store. She also was very unhelpful didn't even acknowledge or ask if anyone needed help shopping there. I asked her a question about the merchandise and her attitude was just very unpleasant it would be a better place to shop if they had employees with better personalities.

The was staff on the day that my wife and I visited the store were rude and not very knowledgeable about handling a return transaction. One of the associates even had the audacity to ask me to restock an item on the shelf for her. We were not greeted or offered any assistance when we entered the store. I witnessed an employee turn and walk away from a customer when he spoke to her without so much as a nod of recognition. I did purchase an expensive pair of boots here because they were on sale and we were already there but I'll find my shoe bargains elsewhere in the future.

Policy on clearance items, though NOT POSTED IN STORE, ON THE RECEIPT NOR DISCLOSED AT CHECKOUT, is that you receive a store credit that you MUST use that same day (the day the credit is issued). I tried to call the District Mgr., whose number is listed on the receipt. I left 2 voicemails and sent 2 emails (to the customer service email that's given on the voicemail). Never heard anything back from anyone!
Other reviews here complain about rudeness/bad customer service, and I must say that is an accurate statement for this store. I'd always thought that, even before my above (Nov/Dec '17) incident.
I will say, on a positive note, that it is one of the few places you can go and find 11/12 women's shoes (at decent prices & with a decent selection).

I normally dont have any issues when I come here, but tonight was so unprofessional. I came in 30 minutes till closing just to do a quick in and out and see if they had a color I was looking for. It didnt take me long ( they only have 2 women aisles and they're short at that), on my way out, I hear one of the workers (a female) loudly yell I hope no one else is coming in here 15 minutes till we close, as if we were inconveniencing her. First of yall one yall employess was sitting down on the little bench, the other was posted on the counter, and I didn't even see the third employee. Clearly she didnt care whether anyone heard her, so I'll take my inconvenient money and go elsewhere.

Fast and great spot for me hate going to the malls super center's shoe store need to be a little bigger for products i was in and out 10 mins tops on a holiday Memorial Day great customer service called them right before they close I was the last customer sweet women work there also males sexy women come there all the time love to go there and I have a girlfriend I go just for the eye candy and my personal shopping

I went there to buy some shoes. As luck would have I bought the wrong size. I took 1 pair back an d got an exchange. No problem here. I will go back.
