The clothing selection was great, however the customer service was absolutely terrible. I went there for the first AND last time today. I had 3 pair of pants and 2 shirts to try on. No one offered me a dressing room, nor did anyone greet me or acknowledge my existence in the store. We went to another boutique across town where we were greeted with friendly smiles, and where we spent our money.

Siloe is my favorite place to buy clothing! The clothing is amazing quality, in trend, and very affordable! The staff is always so sweet and accommodating!
Today I submitted an online purchase and accidentally ordered the wrong size in a cardigan, Candice called me personally and let me know that I had ordered the wrong size and we made a quick switch!

Had some items that did not ring up correctly and one that I thought was on sale and was just placed in wrong spot. Manager was SO helpful. She took care of it and refunded to my card without me even stepping in store. A+ customer service today!

My girlfriend was told she could bring in some of her dresses so they could check them out and maybe purchase them from her but when she brought in her dresses they were in dry cleaning bags and the woman told her they could not take her dresses due to the condition but she never even took the time to look at them. I feel like they based the decision due to discrimination

Candice is so amazing!! She will be the reason I shop at Siloe. I was sent the wrong size by accident and she was so easy to work with and she even threw in a bracelet-which was greatly appreciated. She went above and beyond to help me out!

Not Christian like at all. Very hypocritical and judgmental and discriminate everyone that walks in the door. I will never go back and refuse to spend my money in a store like this one.
