Gabby and the other sales woman were both extremely helpful and friendly. I was working for an event and I needed a new tuxedo shirt as my old one was getting quite tattered. So I was able to buy a lightly used one from Skeffington's. They measured me as I did not know my size and I was able to get the shirt the very next day for the event that weekend. Highly recommended. It is very clean place with nice dressing rooms.

Had to stop by and give a review. Management needs to speak with Jenny and retrain that lady. Everyone goes thru a rough patch, this lady ISSS the rough patch. My sister and brother in law tried to get us together to get fitted for the wedding at brunch we tried calling to make appointments and every single time Jenny answered we said 3 words or less and she hung up on us without regard without consideration and without any type of customer service whatsoever. You guys gotta think how much business you have lost because of her. But hey Jenny’s loss another business gains . You’re welcome Jenny 😉

Needed a suit for a wedding very last minute. I was fitted and the suit was ready the next day. Everything was altered to fit perfectly, and staff was very engaged and attentive during the fitting process. This will be my go to place for all future weddings.

We rented our suits from Skeffington's for our wedding and had such a wonderful experience working with them. My husband had a very specific image in mind for his suit and after inquiring at multiple suit rental shops, trying at least five online suit rentals, and getting told they didn't have the style or we were too late to get them ordered, we finally discovered Skeffington's. They assured a nervous bride that I wasn't too late, had plenty of time to get suits ordered, and they had the perfect suit color! Plus, they had our guys take actual measurements instead of basing sizes off some very basic sizes like the online companies. This was a must for us because we were getting married three hours from Des Moines so our party wasn't able to try the suits on until our wedding day. Skeffington's got our suits delivered early and had them ready to go when we drove through town. They honestly saved the day for what could have been an extremely stressful part of our wedding, and my husband, and his entire party, looked so handsome and put together in their outfits. I've already recommended this shop to bride to be's and will continue to recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy, friendly company for suit rentals!

I would recommend Skeffingtons to anyone who is trying to plan a wedding. Tim provided excellent service to us in less than ideal circumstances. He remained professional and kind to everyone going in and our of the shop which was A LOT due to prom season. We actually stopped by Skeffingtons after we had an appointment at Mens Wearhouse that lasted all about 5mins. I wish I didn't even waste my time going there but decided to try because our whole wedding party is out of state and the multiple locations nationwide. Tim gave us all the information we needed to know to accommodate that without us even asking! He was awesome and Skeffingtons is awesome. Definitely made planning a wedding a little less stressful. Thank you!

Amazing experience! We called one other place before coming here. We were one week out from our event and the other place said they needed about 2 weeks advance for a tux rental. I knew I had to just go in to the next place with my son for measurements. He got off work 30 minutes before Skeffingtons closed. We got there with 14 minutes to close. My son was measured and taken care of, tried on tuxes for sizing and out the door with a tux reserved in 20 minutes!! AMAZING! They made it easy and quick, even for someone who has never rented a tux before. If I ever need another tux rental, this is where I'll go!
