Needed some stripes sewn on to stand honor guard (same day). They dropped everything to get this done for me and had me on my way in an hour! Highly recommend!

10/10 recommend ! If they don’t have it , the gentlemen at the front will order it for you!!! In my section (mail carrier) their was a helpful guide of all the items they carry (or can order if not in stock) and the pricing ! I found this very useful ! The place is immaculate and smells like a freakin pine tree 🙂 I honestly never felt customer service at this bar! You guys set it high here on out and I thank you !

Fantastic place to go with very knowledgeable workers and very helpful staff. Great customer service and fast and knowing what they're talking about as well. Great experience for being a first time customer with them. Fantastic and would highly recommend others to shop here.

This place gets a low rating simply because of their outdated ways of ordering merchandise. I ordered a pair of boots a year ago that I still have yet to receive. The guy who works there writes all orders on a piece of paper....which has had mixed results in the past for me. My boots I payed for with an allowance and I never got a call back. Instead I showed up after a week and the guy forgot about the order. He said that he would have them in a few days. I showed up in a few days and he had ordered the wrong boots. He said that he would give me a call once they came in and that call never happened. I'm only writing this review today after a year because I was very surprised about the average review of this place.

So the front end workers are nice and respectful overall . But accept for the black older lady that works in the back of the store that does the sowing is not very friendly in my opinion . She can come off rude or disrespectful over a little misunderstanding or if she has to do more work on a shirt or whatever . I don’t know if it’s because I’m a young customer or what, but they really need to check her attitude and give her training on how to serve customers and treat customers with respect . Because every time I come to this store to get couple patches on a shirt she acts the same way . I’ve been a new customer for awhile now, and I highly don’t appreciate that kind of unpleasant act . So please owners/managers of this store correct her attitude!!!!

Their customer service is awesome. Though they didn't have the brand I was looking for, they offered to special order it and to have it in a few days. They sold me on an alternate brand that costs half the price. Enjoyable experience over all.

Lynn went above and beyond in providing excellent customer service, not only helping us find the unforms we needed, but also taking the time to ensure they were the correct fit. She was very kind, helpful and friendly. We will definetly be back🙂
