I was able to have an Eddie Bauer folding camp stool repaired due to a manufactures defect. The personal is courteous, professional, and efficient in turn around time. The item is stronger and looks as good as it did at the time of purchase. Thank your for the wonderful service.

Took my Birkenstocks in for new soles. Sole Provider did a tremendous job restoring not only my soles, but also polished the scratches in the leather as well. They look fantastic and the value ($45) was well worth it! I don't know if it is typical, but the duration of repair was over 3 weeks. Had it service been slightly more expedient, they would have received a 5 star rating. Would definitely recommend them for your shoe repair needs.

Worthless, the owner wont answer his phone, called him 4 times in a day. Then I brought my boots off to get fixed 3 weeks ago and never moved from where i dropped them off. Checked in on them on a monday said they would be done on Tuesday and call me when they were done. Never received a phone call so i show up on friday to hopefully see my boots were fixed and still hadn't moved. I finally took my boots due to the lack of communication and effort to get them done. TERRIBLE BUSINESSMAN

I try them, got a couple pairs of boots to polish and clean up. The bill was 24 bucks. Honestly, I wish I'd been at the airport for 5 minutes of polish. My boots would have looked far better, even with a tip.
